Econo Lodge

We have stayed in this hotel every June for the past 5 years. It has definitely improved this year. The beds are fantastic, slept like a rock, and everything was clean. The check in was pleasant, and the breakfast was adequate. Fresh towels each day.

There are so many negative experiences in this hotel. I can't believe it's a Choice hotel. We stayed three nights, and it got worse as time went on. The breakfast is a sad situation. One morning the coffee was a brown, cinnamon color and tasted Nasty! The next morning the coffee machine only gave hot water with a slight brown tinge. One morning there was only four ounces of milk, the next morning the only two ounces of milk was spoiled! The "breakfast" was sparse too. The shower water pressure was comparable to pouring water from a straw. Our toilet clogged and was not fixed until we requested multiple times after it set all day. Linens are stained, furniture is dirty, and the carpet is disgusting. The room door looked like it had been altered and only locked after a stern pull. Staff is nearly impossible to find. The young man that works the front desk is pleasant (if you can find him), but the older man is rude and pushed all problems to housekeeping or the young man. The older man refused to listen to my concerns and kept saying, "Ring the bell." which was the phase we heard when we complained. They only answered the bell once the entire time we were there. We went to Wal-Mart and purchased milk, coffee, coffee pot and donuts for breakfast to make it through. We stay in Canton every Fall, but never again in this hotel.

Looks like they are trying to update but the place did have a musty smell. Also when I showered there was no water pressure.

Room had bed bugs and staff didn’t accommodate me

It was ok The water pressure in the shower was not good. Facility alone was a bot rough. Staff was great

It was ok for the price but there was no breakfast just waffle maker, a couple pieces of fruit and a few cups of yogurt.
