It's not large but so cozy and confortable room.
I used room 5 and it was so lovely.
I felt a little unconfortable when I wasn't able to flush at the loo, because it was slightly difficult to do that.

Small single room. Clean and tidy. Bathroom and toilet is also very small. A sliding door for the toilet . Very close to city centre, high street and department store . Excellent location. Few minutes walk to bus terminal .

Filthy, stained carpets. Dirty walls and doorknobs. Banged up, broken furniture. The overall feeling is grime. The place's only redeeming quality is its location.

The Coach House is in a really good location - five minutes to cafes, pub, all of the well known high street shops. It’s also a short walk to the cathedral. There is space for four cars at the front of the property. These need to be booked before you arrive. Room 7 on the ground floor is comfortable. Be aware that if you book this room, the shared toilet, which we were aware of, is on the floor above - which we didn’t expect. Room 7 also faces the street, and since it was very hot and the windows were open, we did experience some noise in the evenings - but that didn’t bother us too much. The shower had good pressure. The room was serviced each day.

The hotel was great. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to the shops and bus/railway station.

Adequate. One chair in room which was not comfortable. Hard back basket chair . Lighting not good .

Well located
The hotel is well situated, and has a private parking for 4 cars. We could visit Canterbury by foot without any problem. The place is a bit old, but quite clean.
