There was a female employee in the hotel who had no sense of service. She ignored me even though I was pushing several suitcases and they fell down! Very poor service

Had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the place. I went there with my wife. The stay was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The hotel itself is located right in the middle of the city centre.

The room was very good, quite big, and very cost-effective. The hotel has a history, and a ruin was specially photographed with glass. There is a sofa bed for children to sleep on. The breakfast is also very rich, traditional English breakfast, and I also tried Marmite (British elderly people like to eat it). The key is that the cost-effectiveness is very high! During the period, I took the bus to Dover and took a taxi to the White Cliff. The driver talked about the local history while driving, full of pride, and joked humorously that their local sheep are lame sheep, in order to stand on the cliff 😂
