Free breakfast (freshly made waffle served) available. Nothing against the hotel except the location. Unpleasant experience if you have to walk from the station at night.

The location is very good; staffs are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok with good amount of choices. Indoor car parking is available nearby with £25 charge per day.

When I confirmed my trip to Canterbury at the beginning of the month, I chose this hotel online, figuring it was a generally good Hilton brand and wouldn't disappoint.
- We arrived early yesterday morning, and Ness at the front desk was incredibly helpful! She let us store our luggage for free, and then, after finding a room that had been cleaned, let us check in early.
- The hotel is centrally located in Canterbury, just a 5-10 minute walk from the cathedral, the ruins of St. Augustine's Abbey, and the boat ride. However, since much of Canterbury is pedestrianized, the hotel is closed to traffic. You need to park on nearby Hawks Lane, then walk two minutes to the hotel.
- The breakfast was excellent—a generous portion for the price!
- The hotel lobby features the remains of a former Roman theater, visible through the glass floor.
