Lo peor de mis experiencias, sabanas sucias, con alimentos de otras personas, calcetines sucios, insectos, poca iluminación, piscina vacía. No pasa nada, y la atención pésima. El personal es descortés, malcriado. No iría aún fuera el último hotel en Canta. Prefiero dormir en el auto

Tuve la mala experiencia que hospedarme en este Hotel Logde Tambo; estuve para semana santa. Tuve la peor experiencia 1.- No había agua caliente en las habitaciones 2-. El servicio de limpieza era pésimo, no cambiaban las sabanas de las camas 3.- El servicio de comida; es antiguienico, encontramos un pelo en plato que pedimos. Espero que las autoridades se acerquen para hacer las decisiones correspondientes.

Fui a pasar la tarde con mi familia, la entrada cuesta 20 soles, lo único q tienen es una piscina y una mesita de fulbito, la comida... De lo peor, insípida, se demoraron un montón en traerla y para colmo con un tremendo pelo en uno de los platos, al reclamar, la srta se fue con el plato y nunca regreso, esperamos 20 min y nada, así q nos acercamos dónde estaba y nos dijo q no tenía tiempo y nos dió la cuenta, ni unas disculpas del caso, nada. Los servicios higiénicos un asco, sin papel, sin jabón, al darle nuestros reclamos a la srta, lo único q hizo fue echar la culpa a las personas q van a visitar el establecimiento, diciendo q son unos cochinos. En verdad NO lo recomiendo en absoluto.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Llegamos el 29 de junio para disfrutar del feriado y la piscina estaba vacía! Esto no nos fue informado al momento de hacer la reserva ni antes de llegar al hotel. Nos indicaron que la piscina estaría lista para el día siguiente, pero ello fue casi al mediodía del 30 de junio. La señorita de recepción super parca, ni una palabra de bienvenida, nadie nos acompañó a la habitación ni nos indicó cómo llegar. No había cable ni señal nacional en la TV. No tuvimos agua caliente el viernes 30 en la mañana, el inconveniente lo arreglaron casi al mediodía y ni una disculpa de por medio. El personal no se daba abasto para atender el desayuno, el huevo frío, el agua también. Para hacer el check out tampoco hubo muestra de amabilidad del personal de recepción y se olvidaron de darme el DNI que dejé el primer día. Tuve que pasar todo un trámite para poder recuperarlo una vez llegué a Lima. Solo rescato la buena vista del hotel, rodeado de naturaleza y la atención amable del personal del restaurante en horario nocturno. No volvería.

Pésima atención al cliente, demoraron demasiado en servir los platos en el comedor, a pesar que sabían con anticipación que iría un grupo grande de personas, cero coordinación, el desayuno ofrecido un pan con huevo y otro pan solo, ni siquiera mantequilla. La Srta. del mostrador una jovencita malhumorada que no atendía los reclamos. Lo único rescatable la atención de los mozos, eran amables, pero no podían hacer mucho porque de la cocina no salían los platos a tiempo. Es una pena porque es un lindo lugar, las instalaciones amplias y con una hermosa vista. Pero en atención al cliente jalados con nota de 05.

Pésima atención, esperé mas de una hora para mi almuerzo y la recepcionista es muy malcriada, no nos quiso dar el libro de reclamaciones, y cuando le dijimos que escribiríamos nuestro reclamo a través de Facebook (ya que nos negó el libro), nos dijo: háganlo, igual esos comentarios se borran. Me voy muy insatisfecha y decepcionada
