Blue Jacket Motel

If I could give six stars I would Jason and Itzuri our exceptional hosts. Unfortunately, I had to come in a very hard time in myself,and my brother‘s life and they were super helpful. They bent over backwards for me and my brother and sister-in-law. They were kind and compassionate. I would recommend you to stay here. The rooms are exceptional. The beds are comfortable and the shower as well, it is super amazing rain showers from the roof. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

OMG, do not go past this motel, it is amazing! Rooms are beautiful, amenities outstanding, extremely affordable for what you get. I will come back in a heartbeat. If you drive past, you will regret it. Great selection of items in minibar, easy self check in and some rooms pet friendly which is perfect for well behaved furkids. Cannot recommend enough, highlight of our 5000km road trip!

Amazing hotel, room is very clean and everything is new. The room is huge and has everything you need. Location is perfect and they are very flexible with check in and check out times which was helpful as we were going hot air ballooning in the morning.

A hidden Gem, hard to find nowadays. Our room was Pristine clean, all facilities needed for a short stay, well stocked minibar and accommodating of our requests. We were in off season and place quiet. Highly recommend and will return to stay again. Thank you!

I couldn’t speak more highly of the blue jacket in Canowindra. My wife and I are not inclined to leave hotel reviews as she works in the hotel industry, and it would be inappropriate. but I could not leave the blue jacket without celebrating how truly astounded we were by the level of excellence this motel delivers. For those of you who have worked in hospitality over the years, even the finger pad entry was wiped down and without fingerprints. This was the first sign (even though I didn’t notice it at the time ) of the level of detail that the team deliver here to our stay next level. The rooms are well appointed with a well allocated sense of space, including a beautiful main room with king size bed and bathroom including a luxurious bath which overlooks the river. I will NOT in future, stay at any other location if it is within working distance of this location, and YOU should NOT consider any other location approximate to Cowra without first considering this motel. Wildly underpriced, wildly under appreciated but enormously over delivering. Six stars if possible, thank you Jenny and team for an amazing stay.

The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were alert and friendly, who quickly put right one small problem. We stayed five nights, and if ever we return to the area it would be out first choice. it is also located near but not to near the main street and other venues.
