Days Inn by Wyndham Canon City

Trip said they charged me $52.00 and they took 72.00$ off of my card they over charged me for what they said they were and I don't know how to go about getting back the 20$ I over payed.

Check in fast and easy Room average but livable Large room parking good

Great stay was amazing time after remodel new carpet new furniture

Dirty windows,carpets. No water ,soda machines weren’t working! Pillows terrible. Bed hard. Old comforters! Smelly old building

Stay somewhere else! I have previously had good luck with Days Inns but not this time. We booked with ******* while on the road and couldn't be refunded after arriving. The location is great, right across the street from the train station and water park, and the lady at the desk was understanding and helpful, BUT - The first room they put us in had a King and a pull out couch for the 3 of us. The AC was off in the middle of summer so it was stifling in the room. We pulled out the couch to make up the bed and found poop stains on the mattress, and bugs on the couch. NO! She put us in another room next door with 2 queens and fresh sheets. This one we stripped the beds and found them clean, with new sheets and mattresses so we decided to stay. The room was noisy as the window would not close completely. Also the fridge had not been cleaned out after the last guest stayed and left their food in it for an undetermined time. Bathroom seemed clean. They did have waffles for breakfast but we decided not to eat there after everything else we saw. There is no elevator, so you have to drag your bags upstairs.

Avoid at all costs. Place is run down, the employees are awful individuals who refuse to offer basic services to the guests, or any type of hospitality. You be better off on the streets. Maybe that's where they find most of their staff. All the rooms are smoked heavily in, and the food is old, and moldy. Coffee was just as bad and old. Please don't stay here. You'd literally be better anywhere else in Canon city.
