at Beach Court Holiday Villas

I have been traveling to the Whitsundays every month to work in a clinic and stay regularly at the Beach Court Holiday Villas on Beach Rd for a minimum of at least 10 days. I have been traveling to work at the Whitsundays for the last 2 years. This time around on check in at Villa #3 - the shower pan gets flooded when used, the dishwasher was flooded, and the single bed on the second bedroom had a bent bed frame and the cushion was dated that anyone could feel the coil springs image attached). Brought this to the attention of the office staff - Kellie ( who was purportedly the "manager") and we were met with resistance to even deal with the issues. However the kind maintenance guy(Jamie) and the cleaners did their best to help out and rectify the defects. The cleaners and the "manager" then proceeded to access the unit the next day when we were away at work and moved all the luggages perhaps to see what the issue was "without asking our permission" with all our personal belongings on the bedside (however, nothing was lost) - would have been nice to have been asked for permission to access the unit. The main issue however the very rude and arrogant "manager" who was very confrontationally agonistic and kept on insisting nothing was wrong and it would take at least 10 days to talk to the owner and that the owner will not be prepared to replace the cushion anyway. Was a pretty angry lady and told us "no one has ever complained about the beds nor anything inside the unit"(maybe because guests would come for 2-3 days at a time only). Too unwilling to help with significant inferiorly poor customer services skill. I have advised the clinic not to book me at this facility in the future.

Really nice and cozy hotel for family vacation. Close to Coles and Hungry Jacks. Has small and cute swimming pool for lounging in the sun. Close to the beach if you are a sand lover. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sarah, Rueban and Sharon are the real stars, working tirelessly in the background to ensure we had a really good time.

We had an amazing stay at Beach Holiday Villas with friends and couldn’t recommend it more! Sarah at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helped us plan our trip around beautiful Airlie Beach. The rooms were spotless, big thanks to Sharon for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Lovely spacious & clean accommodation. Great location, just a short walk to Coles & a 5-10 minute taxi ride into the main street of Airlie Beach. Sarah was friendly & helpful.

Our stay at Beach court Holiday Villas was absolutely amazing. Although the weather was a bit dreary the villa was perfect for what our family needed. Sarah at front seat was so extremely helpful, friendly and courteous to all our family. We would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Beach Court Holiday Units are a very nice place to stay. They are in a good location and reasonably priced. They are very comfortable, clean and the reception staff Robin and Sarah will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The pool is divine. There is much to see and do in the local area such as a flight over the Great Barrier Reef or a boat trip out to Whitehaven Beach. I have now stayed numerous times at Beach Court Holiday units because I am very happy there.
