This is a campsite with very complete facilities. The cabin is quite basic but it served its purpose perfectly for spending the night. It is very close to the port where the excursions leave and there is a supermarket nearby.

I liked it, I rented a house here, there are 4 of them, the rest of the places are ideal if you have a car, like parking for trailers. The house is comfortable, as if you are in a trailer with everything you need, but it is not small.
There is a swimming pool.
Get to Airlie by bus or on foot in 15 minutes.
You can get to the hotel by taxi but it costs 100Aud one way
We took a Transfer at the airport at the counter for 88Aud in both directions for 2 people, very convenient

RV camping, self-driving is very convenient, parking is next to the cabin, the bunk beds in the room can sleep two children, very suitable for a family, coin-operated laundry and drying, like it, stayed one more day. Overcrowded, limited facilities for the volume of people. There are six showers per gender, making long wait times at peak periods. Considering most people are out before 8 and back after 5, you will wait for a shower. Also, the camp kitchen is small, so you will wait there also. The place is clean, but the numbers should be reduced to cater for the number of guests. Disappointing actually. Camping spots are sloped and quite muddy. You’re paying for a prime location. That’s about it.

Positives: Cafe/Bar great staff great. Reception good Negatives: Shower toilet combo needs overall and deep cleaning scum on tiles mould in grout. Unpowered feels like homeless camp.

The one thing you would like in a caravan park is a hot shower. Plenty of power to have electric charging points for cars which nobody uses but no power to heat the shower water. Wondered why at lunch time people were lining up for a shower, guess the problem is ongoing.
