Arrivati davanti alla struttura e alla reception pensavamo di trovarci in un hotel elegante e curato, ma quando siamo entrati in camera tutto è cambiato: lenzuola macchiate, federa, due appendini e il cestino del bagno rotti; la situazione è migliorata grazie ad una signora molto gentile dello staff che ha provveduto in poco tempo a sistemare tutto. La pulizia non è stata delle migliori: sulla finestra del bagno c’era una mosca spiaccicata che è rimasta lì per tutta la nostra permanenza. Stanza da migliorare, affaccio sul cortile interno da evitare , doccia piccola e frigobar vuoto. L’accoglienza, seppur gentile, è stata molto fredda rispetto ad altri posti della Sardegna (ne abbiamo visitati di molti sia del nord che del Sud dell’isola). La colazione abbastanza varia ma veramente poco curata: brioche piccole e poco fragranti, bevande da prendere ad una macchinetta (il caffè e l’acqua per il tè, a volte, risultavano tiepidi), lo yogurt bianco in bacinelle di vetro non coperte. La piscina bella, ma le doccie erano “occupate”da fichi caduti che nessuno ha avuto il buon gusto di rimuovere. Sarebbe bastata un po’ di cura in più per rendere l’hotel più confortevole e “apprezzabile”. Siamo stati in hotel a 3 stelle molto più curati e puliti.

Siamo stati in quest’ Hotel 3 notti e 4 giorni, esperienza super positiva, la camera era pulita ed aveva la vista sulla piscina che regalava ancora più tranquillità e relax, personale gentilissimo, colazione di qualità con ampia scelta di prodotti sia dolci che salati, struttura consigliata per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare al centro della Costa Smeralda vicino alle spiagge e luoghi d’interesse più belli.

Hotel very clean. Food, buffet every morning and evening boring. No pool side bar for ice-cream or drinks. The tour guide Marrianna was exceptional. She was very attentive to everyone and always willing to help. Hotel staff not very friendly.

Notre suite était spacieuse et d’un grand confort, mais pas de plateau de courtoisie, pas de produits de toilettes, pas de kleenex, pas de bouteille d’eau…… Le restaurant ressemblait à une cantine d’Epadh , très déçus ! Un manque de choix , une cuisine extrêmement basique et un service très peu sympathique , nous avons regretté le prix payé pour si peu de plaisir ! Les 2 surveillants à la piscine très prévenants et sourillants avec de bonnes intentions !!!

If you are looking for something above 2 star, forget about this hotel. No athmosphere in the place, Food provided for our group was just canteen food. Only eggs for breakfast were scrambled egg. Dinner menu was awful every evening, so we mostly ate out. No air ventilation provided in the rooms, so you had to leave your window open at night. Consequently everybody in the group suffered multiple mosquito bites. Hotel reception said it wasn't the season for air conditioning. Pool was open but pool-side bar wasn't. The small town is very quiet, not much life in it. A few nice restaurants around the harbour area.

We came to this hotel in 10th may 2025 as a result of a hotel change as the one we arrived at was completely misrepresented by the holiday company and totally not what we had paid for! The AHR Baja is a lovely little spa hotel in a small town close to a marina and some beautiful beaches with Gin clear waters. Hotel staff here are very welcoming and the hotel in general is very well kept. The hotel has a very good spa with sauna and steam room. Location is great in the heart of town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you well fed and watered. The restaurants here serve mainly pasta and sea food aswel as pizza and all at very reasonable prices. E.g a 2 course meal for myself and my partner with a bottle of nice sardinian red wine came to €65 total and the food was exceptional! The surrounding area has some smaller beaches with almost white sand/shingle mix and the water is crystal clear. Surrounded by beautifull rocky outcrops, I would imagine it would be a rock climbers dream here. We booked this very last minute and as a result managed to get a junior suit at a good price. Stunning room with walk in wardrobe, kitchen area, sofa and a large king size bed. Bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower. Swimming pool is large and clean and there is a hot tub along side for relaxation. Overall a lovely little hotel in picturesque sardinia that I would have no problem returning to in the future!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon mari, et tout était absolument parfait ! Nous avions réservé une suite, qui était tout simplement merveilleuse. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de découvrir une décoration soignée, des petits gâteaux et une bouteille de champagne – une délicate attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Le personnel à la réception est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours souriant et attentionné. L’endroit est magnifique, calme, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci pour ce séjour inoubliable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per il compleanno di mio marito ed è stato tutto assolutamente perfetto! Avevamo prenotato una suite, che era semplicemente meravigliosa. Al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nello scoprire camere arredate con cura, piccole torte e una bottiglia di champagne: un tocco premuroso che ci ha davvero commosso. Il personale della reception è eccezionalmente gentile, sempre sorridente e attento. Il posto è bellissimo, tranquillo e pulitissimo.
