Having read some of the reviews before we came, I must admit I was a little concerned that we had chosen correctly. Thankfully any concerns I had were totally unnecessary. The room we had was excellent. Spotless. All staff were exceptionally friendly and well mannered. Especially the cleaners. The food for breakfast and evening meals was absolutely lovely. Delicious. The pool is kept very clean. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of Cannigione. Which happens to be a really nice little town. All in all, it has been a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m so pleased that I didn’t take the negative reviews seriously , and would suggest that noone else does. Thankyou everyone for making our time in Sardinia very special.

Sono stata con mio marito e i due bambini per due settimane, devo dire che ci siamo trovato molto bene, personale gentile, stanza pulita, il Mangiare buono e variato, tutto sommato rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono . Ci ritornerei di sicuro, anche perché la location è molto buona per visitare la Costa Smeralda. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

Average hotel...pool bar staff are miserable and lazy. Food takes ages to arrive. Drink service slow and the waiting staff are just so miserable....food in restaurant average and mostly cold. Would not come back. However it is clean

The hotel was very clean & staff were courteous & friendly. However the air con, although working, failed to bring down the room temerature. The main course was not hot enough & fish on 2 days were full of bones

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned about our holiday but I needn't have worried. The hotel was absolutely lovely, very clean and very welcoming. We travelled as a party of 4 , my daughter and son in law..their 7 year old daughter and myself and could not have been treated better. The air conditioning that has been much maligned on here, works extremely well if you keep the balcony doors closed, and it is adjustable on the room control. The food was superb ...many choices both hot and cold and some lovely posh puds for afters Reception was so welcoming ...thank you Maria Theresa and others. The cleaners were so friendly and the bar staff and waiters could not do enough for us...thank you Poema, Paulo and Georgia for all the good service and sunny smiles. The pool was very welcoming in the heat of the day and the lifeguard obviously enjoys his work. All in all, a fabulous week in a fabulous area. From the Sunday market to the supermarkets and on to the beach it was easy walking for me ...also I loved the evening markets. Thank you Blu hotel I would love to come back!!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the pool and surrounding sun beds were clean and spotless, the pool was well maintained. The food at breakfast and dinner was lovely with a great selection of dishes. The hotel is clean and tidy and our room at the rear of the hotel was lovely and quiet.

Hotel staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Our flight was cancelled on the way out to Sardinia, we managed to get another flight the next day, but the hotel still charged us for a night we hadn't even stayed there and refused to even partially refund us. Pool staff were very very rude on 3 different occasions, one girl called giorgia was particularly rude and unhelpful, maybe don't work in a hotel if you haven't got any customer service skills. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Book elsewhere.This was a wedding anniversary trip away that was totally ruined by the bad attitude of The staff
