Nice hotel Clean Modern Location to beach very good Concerns - lift to floors 1 to 4 out of sevice Had to use service lift to get bags to room. Had to walk through area with dirty sheets and other linnen strewn across floor. Understand that sometimes lifts fail but at least have area on each floor which guests have to walk through tidied - incorrect location of hotel marked by receptionist on map provided. Wanted to ensure didnt happen to others Not a big deal but receptions insisted on arguing that hadnt done it and quite rude?

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel dal 20/8 al 27/8. Punti di forza: colazione e sala ristorante molto curata e variegata ,pulizia camera e gentilezza staff, posizione tranquilla in zona residenziale e vicina alla spiaggia pubblica ma attrezzata con sdraio e ombrelloni. Punti da rivedere: cauzione 200 euro, la tv aveva i canali in tutte le lingue tedesco austriaco ecc tranne la lingua italiana, garage tariffa giornaliera troppo cara, aria condizionata nella hall altissima , poche sdraio in piscina rispetto alla struttura, ascensore rotto per una settimana e il monta carichi messo a disposizione molto sporco

The entire staff are very friendly and so helpful. Especially a young man Enzo(hope spelling is correct). As an elderly woman with some recent disability issues I feel very well taken care of.The front desk ladies Anastasia etc etc forgive my not giving all the correct names. Housekeeping is excellent breakfast staff just the friendliest and most helpful all around. One day I attempted to use the pool which is fine. However many steps for me with lack of railing. A pool attendant Believe his name is Bruno made it his mission to help me. More to come. Thank you for your charming clean lovely hotel. I apologize for not having all of staff names that deserve a thank you.

Une catastrophe !!!!! Piscine minuscule Pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre durant le séjour, le plombier a confirmé le problème mais pas d’intervention !!!!! Douche glacée tous les jours Une horreur! Le personnel a l accueil désagréable !!
