Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster
The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key.
The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.

Prenotata una notte con Booking per il ponte dei Santi abbiamo trovato una struttura praticamente chiusa al pubblico,senza personale in servizio,senza nessuna possibilità di contatti telefonici al numero che ci era stato comunicato ( sempre in segreteria). Ricevute frammentarie e ritardate informazioni non siamo potuti entrare all’interno della struttura accessibile solo tramite un codice segreto non comunicato contestualmente alla prenotazione. Riscontrata l’impossibilità di risolvere positivamente la situazione abbiamo ovviamente prenotato in un altro hotel nel centro di Cannes visto che eravamo tra l’altro pure in moto. Veramente deprecabile quanto accaduto ed ancora più vergognose le motivazioni addotte da questi signori a giustificazione della loro inesistente professionalità.

Cold showers and pretty filthy
I wasn’t expecting much for Cannes late notice and for the price. I usually say hot water and a bed is all I need. The shower was freezing, two mornings in a row. As well as the place being pretty filthy, I’m afraid I would not recommend it or stay again.

Mon petit chien et moi-même avons bcp apprécié
Résidence idéalement située dans un quartier calme de Cannes : on peut se rendre sur La Croisette à pied. Un parking et un petit parc permettent de stationner son véhicule et de promener son chien accepté par ailleurs dans l'établissement.Joli studio en rez-de-chaussée un peu exiguë pour 3 adultes mais avec une belle salle de bain.

I wouldn't recommend it...
I had booked two nights, but didn't complete the stay. I arrived 7pm, no outdoor lighting at all, had to use my phone torch to find the stairs & door. No one in the reception office, just a local phone number, phoned that & got a menu system all in French (not easy for non French speakers to check in). I started randomly wandering around & eventually a very nice lady did appear & check me in.
The room was freezing cold, the only heater was the fan heater of the aircon unit, even on full power it took many hours before I could take my coat off. I had to wear shoes because the cold tile floors never warmed up.
My main issue was the hair & the mould. There was other peoples hair everywhere. On the floors, in the bed, in the towels, in the wardrobe. The bathroom was pretty grim too, lots of mould around the shower tray & in the grout. Towel rail was rusty & falling apart. I tried to find someone to complain to, couldn't get anywhere with the phone system. I just left in the end. I had booked two nights, I left & found another hotel for the second night.
