I strongly advise against this hotel, far from the city center, there is nothing that is up to standard, even the air conditioning failed us in the night under 30°. The only thing we could get was a lousy fan. A word of advice to go your way.

The environment and rooms are very good. The service was also very good. After checking out, I left important items in the safe and forgot to pick them up. When I came back to pick them up, a female room manager was very responsible and helped me get them. Very dedicated to solving the problem. Great 👍

Me and my spouse were there for 2 nights. The first night we didn't have AC. The receptionist mentioned the AC is ON but we were literally sweating at night as the unit was just blowing air.
Next morning I checked with another receptionist and he told that the AC portion had to be turned ON from their end. We paid a good amount for our 2 nights. We won't be staying there again. The room is ok for 2 people but not enough lighting. Not enough plug points to charge your gadgets unless you remove the light plugs.

Una experiencia horrible, llegamos y no tenían aire acondicionado y nos metieron en una habitación del servicio que no tenía ni luz. No cumplieron con los servicios contratados ni mucho menos por el precio pagado (500€ por dos días) y encima ni nos avisaron. Les preguntamos si era posible un reembolso por no cumplir con los servicios contratados y nos dijeron que sí, llevamos más de 10 días esperando el reembolso y llamando constantemente y nos afirman que está hecho y no es así. Es una falta de respeto y de profesionalidad enorme, me siento estafada y no recomiendo para nada este hotel, lo mejor que pueden hacer es no ir.

Endroit très calme à 10mn de cannes dans les hauteurs ! (Cannes la bocca) Parking gratuit mais aussi facile d’accès par la gare de cannes 3 bus vous y depose le A le 1 et le 2 arret au méridien sur votre droite il faut marcher 50m Très grande piscine, personnels agréables est disponible. Jolie chambre style Chateau avec clim frigo et lit king size Petit déjeuner avec omelette fromage saumon fruit yaourt viennoiseries fraîches je ne comprends pas les critiques sur certains avis car il vaut le detoure Par contre 4 étoiles je dirais plus 3 etoiles car le materiel est un peu vétuste pour les plus exigeants 🌺 Je recommande cette hotel 🌺

Wow, I feel like I’m being pranked. This is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but if you’re familiar with the American hotel brand Motel 6, this is more like that. We were walked to the Deluxe room that we paid for and when we stepped inside, it was like a sauna. It was as hot as it was outside, and it was 32°C/90°F. The gentleman who walked us up then said that the a/c was broken, as he offered us a smaller room that had a working a/c. Because we knew we would not be able to sleep in that sweltering room, we opted for the smaller room. When we walked into that room, I was doubting my choice. It is clearly not a room they usually offer because it was disgusting. Holes in the walls, peeling paint and wallpaper, weird mismatched furniture that felt like it was collected from a garage sale, stained carpet, cheap rickety shelving/hanger unit…just entirely unacceptable from an aesthetic perspective - and I am willing to give a lot of latitude usually. Just look at the photos of this €300/night, 4-star hotel. We were offered a free breakfast as compensation, which is almost an insult. Happily we’re only staying here one night.
