First of all, every year during the Cannes show in September since 2011 I have stayed at this hotel, booking one year for the next and always finding it very good, same room and great attention. I have also come on other occasions so I am a historical customer. This year in May, as I do every year, I called and the manager is no longer there... too bad, I ask for confirmation of the booking, that too has disappeared... I ask if I can book apparently not. We ask for explanations but we have not received a response, only emails in which they told us that they would let us know. Crazy... for us it is work after 13 years we had to change... they would be 0 for the behavior
