Hotel with an excellent location when you come to ski! At the foot of the gondola where there are also 2 ski equipment rental companies. In the heart of the village with access to shops, restaurants, pharmacy... The rooms are dated but comfortable and very clean (kudos to the maintenance staff). Good quality bedding. One problem: soundproofing and very noisy Spanish customers! The restaurant is excellent both for the very varied breakfast and for the dinners with multiple choices and very satisfactory quality (special mention to the chef). The restaurant's servers are extremely friendly, caring and dedicated: a great team! Well done !!! The welcome at the reception just as respectful and attentive, especially the gentleman. A plus for after ski evenings, the spacious lounge with fireplace, billiards, table football... To be done again without hesitation

Estuvimos dos adultos y dos niños alojados en uno de los apartamentos. Todos son duplex. Las escalones son un poco altos por lo que puede resultar un poco molesto al subir al piso de arriba. El apartamento está bien, aunque necesita una mano de pintura. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios. Echamos en falta algún estante en el baño para poder colocar los neceseres, aunque es cierto que el water y la bañera estaban separados del lavabo. El sofá era bastante incómodo, pero nosotros no estuvimos mucho tiempo dentro del apartamento. La bañera también necesita un cambio, está cuarteada. Por lo demás todo correcto. Hay un poco de ruido dado que da a la carretera y se oyen bastantes coches, pero a nosotros no nos molestó excesivamente, dado que llegábamos muy cansados y nos dormíamos rápido.

We have just returned home from a great weeks stay in The Hotel Austria. The Hosts , Leo and Elodee went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Being slightly out of Soldeu was no problem at all , as they laid on transport to take us straight to the lifts,at either Grau or Soldeu, which fitted in Perfectly.The rooms were Clean ,warm and big enough for all our ski gear, with our own lockers outside of our room. There was always plenty of hot water and the showers were really powerful, just what you need after a days skiing.The food was fabulous with a great choice of food, a special every evening from the grill and a fantastic wine list,with their restaurant manager Agustin so knowledgeable about all his different wines, made for the whole dinning experience a pleasure. If you looking to go skiing in Soldeu Andorra, then this is a fantastic place to stay, free shuttle bus to the slopes, plenty to do in the evening, A 2 hour happy hour with drinks half price every evening, a massive tv showing all sport ,pool table and table football for your amusment.
