Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Es un gran hotel, los trabajadores muy atentos y hacen de la estancia una maravilla. Las instalaciones son de primera al igual que la atención al cliente cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle. Un hotel más que recomendable para disfrutar de una fantástica experiencia.

Puedes llegar en Andbus que te deja directamente frente al hotel. Nos hospedamos durante el invierno por 4 dias, la habitación muy acogedora y con Vistas maravillosas, personal muy atento, buena ubicación a 15 min andando de las pistas de Ski y buen buffet! Seguro volvemos!

Hotel increible pero principalmente destacar el trato de Jordi Trebol. Nuestro coche se quedo atrapado por la nieve y tuvimos que cojer este Booking porque no teniamos donde caernos muertas. Al encontrar este hotel tanto Jordi como sus compañer@s nos ayudaron comentandonos las opciones que teniamos para al dia siguiente poder sacar el coche de la nieve y volver a nuestro hotel al que realmente nos habiamos alojado. Al dia siguiente, aunque ellos tenian que cerrar el Hotel, tanto Jordi como sus compañer@s se quedaron hasta mas tarde para ayudarnos. Jordi fue quien nos dio palas para la nieve, llamo el mismo desde numero andorrano al seguro para que llamara la grua, nos dio algo para beber... Hasta que no vino una grua a sacar el coche de ahi el no acabo su jornada laboral. No solo el hotel es increible sino que el personal es un 10. Salimos de alli con el corazon lleno. Volveremos 100%
