房間升級了“海景”，實際上就是臨街（碼頭）的房間。 窗外的確離海岸也就20-30米，只是目前臨海馬路都在擴建被圍了起來。 房間挺大也挺乾淨設施也不錯，臨街稍微有點噪音。因為是冬天，沒有什麼客人，早餐吃“海鮮麪”一碗，外加一個荷包蛋。

乾淨，位置好，離老街步行十分鐘左右，升級了海景房，窗外就是海，開放式衞生間，早餐是海鮮麪，味道不錯。

廁所沒有門，裝修一般最多值一百多，賣四百多，前台服務差，老闆沒有管理，推薦往前一百米有好多民宿，前一百米風景更好

類似與快捷酒店，對於這個漁村來説應該是很高檔的，可能是暑假吧價格偏高，性價比不高。相對於其他民宿的話距離老街及夜市稍遠，也能接受飯後消食。早餐的阿姨很熱情，301的WI-FI信號有點弱
