Hola! Después de alojarnos durante una noche en este hotel, nos gustaría destacar algunas cosas. En primer lugar, el aseo es muy pequeño. Cuesta mucho moverse dentro con la propia puerta. Después a mejorar la calidad del edredón, demasiado fino para el temporal que hay ahora. Hemos pasado frío. El mando de la tele no funcionaba, tuve que llamar a recepción aunque amablemente lo cambiaron. Por último, me gustaría recalcar que hay que limpiar más la zona de la ducha. Hemos visto varias manchas de humedades en la mampara y azulejos. Aparcar tuvimos suerte en la acera, pero está complicado. Gracias

Location is amazing, right next to the river, and housekeeper is sweet, but other staff don't speak English and act as if you are trespassing when you look for a glass of water. No sense of hospitality and that while it's low season... Also, there was noise at night, so remember to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Right next to the Roman bridge
The location was very convenient. We walked to a laundromat for our laundry, grocery store. We parked on the other side of the river at the bus station, so keep in mind you will have to do some walking. I believe this town will be mobbed turning tourist season however.

Hotel quase na esquina, difícil parar para descer malas, mais difícil arranjar vaga para estacionar.
Café da manhã confuso, tem um plano de serviço que começacomo café, e depois misturam as frutas ao iogurte, na verdade você não pode se servir.

Hotel muy poco empático con sus clientes. Tenia una reserva para el sábado y les avise el jueves para cancelarla por caer de baja y ser imposible ir, me derivaron a Booking que ellos no lo podían hacer, solicite a booking el reembolso y muy amablemente me dijeron que hablarían con el establecimiento, el establecimiento dijo NO Como había también la posibilidad de cambio de fechas lo intenté también, pero no fue posible porque el establecimiento cierra por temporada y solo daban plazo para el cambio en 2024, no un año, solo 2 meses. Las fechas que les quedaban eran en domingo y la única que podía cuadrarme en sábado me subían un 17% el precio de la habitación, sin ser ninguna fecha especial, solo porque si. Estoy muy frustrada porque he estado 3 días intentándolo todo, pero no ha servido de nada. Nunca recomendaré este alojamiento y ya saben para lo que espero que usen mi dinero.
