No entregan comprobante ( factura) por los pagos realizados, a pesar de reiterativos pedidos . Hotel de regular calidad., la comida no es buena y a precios elevados. Los baños califican como para un hotel 3 estrellas. Repelente obligatorio por la gran cantidad de mosquitos.

Amplias habitaciones, e instalaciones comodas. Con unas vistas preciosas al valle de Pacaran. Lindas actividades para hacer en familia, como ciclismo , juegos de mesa. Cuentan con gimnasio y dos piscinas para refrescarse del intenso calor. La atención del personal A1. Y como en cada estadía Candy nos atendió excelente.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el costo de alimentación es muy elevado en relación calidad/cantidad/precio.
Tienen muchos problemas con el agua caliente y cuando hay demora mucho en llegar provocando desperdicio de agua.

Totalmente mediocre para el precio
El hotel no tiene agua caliente (solo agua tibia calentada por paneles). Tampoco tiene servicio de wifi en las habitaciones, y solo sirve comidas por horarios. Pasadas las 11pm, no tienes ni donde comprar agua. Además, cualquier restaurante de la zona tiene mejores platos.

Excelente resort
toda la infraestructura, limpieza y atencion muy buena, la pasamos super en familia, hay ambientes para disfrutar tanto en familia como solo adultos, lo unico que la piscina no se puede disfrutar al 100% por el viento que corre pero eso es por la temporada y no impide igual de disfrutarlo porque ambas piscinas son geniales. La comida muy buena y los precios asequibles,la vista uff es maravillosa , hay de todo por hacer e infinidad de lugares donde pasar el dia, los venaditos divinos, volveria porque me encanto.

Es un lugar privilegiado en medio de mucha naturaleza y con animales especiales. Ideal para niñxs. Nos gustó la variedad de comida aunque nos hizo falta alguna opción vegetariana. Se puede mejorar en no tener tantas tazas para evitar tanto despercidio y basura (evitar vasos descartables) y no tener tanto ruido en la noche. Perdimos dos gorras de niños (roja y celeste) y estamos esperando que nos digan si luego de la limpieza las pudieron encontrar. Quedaron cerca del cuarto de juegos con mesas y sillitas, no se deberían perder. GRACIAS POR SU AMABILIDAD Y BUEN SERVICIO

El hotel me parecio en general malo! El restaurant es enorme y frío, la comida pésima! Tuvimos que comer fuera, a 10 minutos del hotel. La comida es terrible de sabor y presentación. Las habitaciones grandes y no cuentan con toma corrientes, no hay donde cargar los teléfonos! Pies de cama que resbalan. El personal del hotel si es super amable! Jamás regresaría a hospedarme y menos recomendarlo.

Lindo hotel ,bonitas instalaciones cuidadas ,limpias todo en orden . La comida buena ,nos toco desayuno bufet . Es un hotel familiar para relajarse ,los niños tienen los juegos ,cama saltarina ,bicis mini zoo. La piscina esta muy limpia aunque un poco fria por el viento . Llevar repelente y casaca para la noche
