Buenas tardes, Somos venido muchas veces en usted hotel con mi niña. Me llamo Michel Panckoucke y soy Frances. Vivi y trabajé 5 años en Sevilla sobre el A400M Airbus military. ? Puede usded decirme si hay una casa o un piso "tranqiuillo" que sé vende en Canet ? 'Sin discoteca cerca ! Me gusta mucho tu hotel y la playay el mar unicamente a passar la calle, qué bueno! Yo te estoy pregunta eso paraqué todo va mal en Francia. Tengo 60 años y la fiesta es acaba. Quiero estar tranquillo despues mucha tabjaro en mi vida. Me gusta tambien mucho Nerja cerca de Malaga y esaba cerca (180kms) de Sevilla. Vivi en Mairena del Alcor al lado de Sevilla y de mi trabajo en san pablo Sur en Sevilla Norte Este. Hace unos días fuimos mi familia y yo al Hotel Playa Canet para tomar algo, como solíamos hacer. Antes, un joven camarero nos atendía siempre con mucha amabilidad, incluso mientras llegaban otros clientes. Cuando llevábamos a nuestra mascota, él mismo se acercaba a ofrecerle agua. Su trato atento y profesional nos dejó siempre una excelente imagen del lugar. Sin embargo, en nuestra última visita fui con mi marido y notamos que el joven camarero ya no trabajaba allí. Los nuevos camareros apenas nos miraron, pasaron de largo y solo atendían a quienes estaban cenando. Nos sentimos completamente ignorados.

RESTAURANTE Tuvimos que poner una reclamación. El servicio fue lentísimo: un camarero para montar la mesa, otro para traer bebidas y otro (supuesto responsable) para tomar nota. Después de esperar mucho, pedimos la cuenta. Al decirle que nos íbamos por la demora, reaccionó fatal y con muy malos modos. Intenté explicarle con educación, pero nos cortó y acabó gritando cosas como “¡Saca al perro, ossstiasss!” (cuando la perra ni molestaba) y “¡Vete a hacer puñetas”. Incluso hizo un comentario fuera de lugar sobre si fuimos a un colegio privado. Nunca lo insulté, solo intenté hablar. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Me duele porque adoro el turismo en mi país, y este tipo de actitudes, aunque puntuales, empañan el gran trabajo del sector. Si no quieres vivir algo parecido, busca otro sitio… que será por restaurantes en Canet. Servicio pésimo que menos que respeto al cliente.

Me aloje en el hotel dos noches en solo alojamiento. Buena ubicación enfrente del puerto la playa al lado a dos minutos cruzando la calle.La habitacion esta bien y limpia, es como si fueran bungalows tienes tu porche con mesa y sillas.La piscina esta muy bien con hamacas.Tiene parking gratuito hasta que se llene aparcas enfrente de tu habitación si el sitio esta libre.Hay bares y restaurantes cerca del hotel pero haya mas a unos diez minutos andando donde desayunar y comer y para tomar algo por la noche.La habitacion no nos la dieron al llegar.Aunque no lleves el desayuno puedes desayunar cuesta 9,90 euros nosotros no lo cojimos pero un dia quisimos desayunar un cafe y tostada y nos tuvimos que ir porque no tenían personal para atender.

There was no hair dryer in the room, or iron. Each bed had one pillow. There is radiator type of heat that made a loud noise about every 30 minutes that scared me out of my sleep several times. The breakfast was a joke, the yogurt had been sitting out...unrefrigerated and was not fit to eat. Stay away from this place.
