Nossa estadia no Flame Hotel Canela foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desde o momento da chegada até a hora de ir embora, fomos acolhidos com uma atenção e um carinho que fazem toda a diferença. O hotel é encantador — aconchegante, muito bem cuidado, com uma decoração charmosa e ambientes que transmitem paz e conforto.
O café da manhã é delicioso, com opções frescas e saborosas, servido em um ambiente acolhedor que dá vontade de ficar horas ali só curtindo a vibe do lugar. A localização também é perfeita: perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo em uma área tranquila, ideal para descansar.
Mas o que realmente tornou a experiência ainda mais especial foi o Jonas. Que pessoa maravilhosa! Extremamente atencioso, gentil e sempre disposto a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Ele fez questão de nos deixar super à vontade, deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade e realmente se preocupa em oferecer o melhor para cada hóspede. É raro encontrar alguém tão dedicado e apaixonado pelo que faz — e isso se reflete em cada detalhe do atendimento.
Recomendo o Flame Hotel de olhos fechados e com o coração cheio de gratidão. Já estamos contando os dias para voltar!

Meu voo no feriado de Corpus Christ (2024) foi cancelado devido a tragédia no RS ocorrido no ano passado. Entrei em contato com o hotel explicando a situação, informando que eu não tinha condições de viajar, devido as condições climáticas, fechamento dos aeroportos e estradas no RS. No primeiro momento solicitei o reembolso. Me surpreendi com o conselho do hotel, me orientando a mudar meu voo para Florianópolis e de lá, alugar um carro para Canela. Interpretei isso como uma piada, já que de Florianópolis a Canela são 450 km. Enfim, visto a resistência do hotel em proceder pelo reembolso, optei em manter a reserva para utilização em outra oportunidade. Acontece que, desde meados de setembro venho entrando em contato com o hotel a fim de realizar a remarcação, e o hotel não me respondia via WhatsApp. Entrei em contato via telefone e todas as datas que eu sugeria estavam "indisponíveis". Ou seja, me sinto enganado, pois na pré-venda o hotel ficou me enviando mensagem direto para encaminhamento do comprovante de pagamento. E após o pagamento a gente fica esquecido sem retorno do pós venda. Venho enfrentando bastante dificuldade de contato, eles só respondem dias depois dizendo que "estão com alta demanda de mensagens". Após esses impasses, resolvi solicitar o reembolso e, após o hotel informar que o reembolso não será realizado, ainda conclui com uma mensagem de encerramento "posso te ajudar em algo mais"??? Enfim, atendimento péssimo. Registro aqui o meu descontentamento e alerta para outros clientes que estão sujeito a enfrentar o mesmo problema, sendo necessário recorrer a outros orgãos, como o PROCON.

O hotel é muito aconchegante, próximo do centro. O lugar é silencioso e a equipe muito atenciosa. O quarto é confortável porém a cortina do banheiro estava mofada.
