This is guest house and not proper hotel. The property is situated very close to candolim beach just 3 mins walk that's the best part of selecting this hotel. There is shortage of staff only 2 staff managing the entire property. Rooms were very small so as bathroom. The good part was 24 hour hot water. Staff was polite and cooperative the standard room which we book didn't had ventilation, bathroom was so small that you can't really stand properly and window of batheroom was visible from outside so no privacy. The fan regulator was not working, so as tv was having only bhojpur free channels. Ac was working properly. Overall it's budgeted stay, if you dont want to spend too much on your stay and ready to compromise then yes it's good option. Staff was very cooperative just 2 guys managing but they were ready to help. No lunch and dinner option just breakfast and that too maggi or omlete or bhurji and poha

Due to heavy rain on 7th night, rain water entered in my 1st floor room as the balcony was uncovered. My luggage were on the floor and water soaked into my suitcase and bag too making all our dresses wet. The caretaker mr kumar, helped me lot, shifted our room and tried a lot to dry our clothes with a drier. But even then a day, 08. 11. 23 was completely wasted as we were not left with any dry cloth to wear. But i am very happy with the behaviour and helping attitude of kumar. Secondly, i was given to understand by my relative in mumbai that there is complimentary breakfast with this accommodation although it is not mentioned on the booking information slip. The caretaker denied to have any such knowledge and said he has no order to serve breakfast free. As a result, i had to pay for breakfast that they served us. No thanks, done. That's all.
