Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

Service is pathetic - Not as per Taj standards.Have visited this place to celebrate my son's birthday and inspite of multiple reminders , The staff was so careless to not do anything et al for him..We should have gone to another property, It is over hyped and i personally suggest to avoid it

Though old, property is beautiful, will be visiting again for a longer trip. Even though it was weekday, the hotel was booked. Reception had a tough time managing all guests at the same time, but they made all efforts to make our check in smooth.
