Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

It was truly amazing. First of all, I’m sincerely thankful to everyone—each and every staff member, including the room cleaners. We experienced the best ambience and a truly pleasant environment. We didn’t even feel affected by the weather. Whether it's off-season or peak season, the Taj always ensures the best experience, making every day feel special. I'm personally very thankful to Mr. Dheeraj for his constant support, help, and everything he did for us. This visit was even more special because we were celebrating my son’s 6th birthday. There was a lovely cake cutting and wishes—it truly meant a lot to us.It will always remain a memorable day for our family. Special thank you Mr Ankush for everything. Thank you once again.

Greenery is the best part, not to forget the hospitality of employees, just once I felt a lil bad, it was raining and i ordered food from Swiggy( as the food within property is damn expensive) and I needed plates and spoons, called up the dining services to send the items and they said it's raining it will tk 30-40 mins, that was bad, there are carts available all the time. Rest everytime the employees were too good and humble, the aura is excellent Food shouldn't be so expensive coz it spoils the purpose of staying withing property, could even think of having a cup of tea, high tea. But still I would say overall experience was faaaaaab.
