Seashell Suites and Villas- Candolim Goa

The owner of the Seashell Suites and Villas puts it perfectly - this is not a hotel; it's your home. From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave, you know you're in good hands. Every member of staff, from the front desk, to cleaners (shout out to Goutam who cleaned our room for us every day and was so incredibly attentive), welcomes you with a smile, 'good morning', and really gets to know you over the course of your stay, making the whole thing feel more personable and special. The amenities cannot be flawed, nor can the rooms or location - everything was 10/10. We have to give a special mention, however, to the on-site restaurants. Despite only booking for B&B, we ate here 3 times in our 2 week stay because it was so good! The chef worked with us each time to figure out exactly what we wanted and, after getting to know our tastes and preferences, even began preparing items off menu he knew we'd like - it was INCREDIBLE and a must try for anyone staying in Candolim. It's especially nice to see and speak to the hotel owners and management at breakfast each morning, try the local cuisine, and get pointers of where to explore next. Genuinely, the visit cannot be faulted and we're already looking forward to a return visit in the future.

This Hotel is excellent from the minute you walk in the door you are treated with the greatest service and this lasts until you walk out ,the doors are opened for you the lift called . you were greeted with a big smile .from reception to dinning room to pool even from the gardeners I could not fault this hotel in any part of my 2 week stay I would recommend if you are going to candolim this is the best hotel, it is also in a great position for everything.

Location, staff, standard of rooms and facilities. Excellent food in the restaurant. Close to the beach. Highly recommend this resort... ,3 pools. Plenty of sunbeds and beach towels provided free of charge. Drinks v reasonable. 6 bucket Kingfisher 330cl 650 rupees

The hotel staff are exceptionally polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble There was always someone available when required The rooms are spacious and comfortable and kept spotless with a large balcony The rooms are quiet and peaceful at night There are lots of choices for breakfast both from the buffet and to order and are delicious with excellent service We enjoyed a lovely evening meal up in the sky bar and several evenings ended our night up there having a drink Again the service was outstanding The swimming pools are kept clean and are very inviting and there was no problem accessing sun beds or towels The grounds are kept immaculate Overall an excellent hotel

This place is truly amazing. We had a two bedroom villa which was huge. Such comfortable beds, very high levels of cleanliness and very tranqil. The breakfast is wonderful - a great mix of European and Indian, and so cheap for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Superb masala tea. A great room service menu as well as a resaurant on the roof of the main hotel. Three swimming pools. But best of all is the staff. What wonderful, friendly people. They couldn't do enough for us to make us feel more welcome. We will definitely be returning!
