Рядом с пляжем, ежедневная уборка, маленькая санитарная комната (душ и туалет) ну очень компактные итребуют ремонта.

Our first stay in Candolim, in fact in India. We had a first floor room which I struggled with as I had had a fall the week before arrival. I never complained but reception saw my struggle and offered us a ground floor room next to the pool, for which I was very grateful for, thank you. I did not leave the hotel for the first 2 weeks. We ate the majority of our 4 week stay in The Bistro, which was enjoyed. The staff were very hard working and polite. The hotel was small but was great as everyone, staff included got to know each other.

Poor WiFi. Given the tv (which isn’t very good either )uses a fire stick, which requires WiFi makes this poor too. No hand towels. Incredibly thin and off white bath / shower towels. Off white and a little stained bed sheets too. We had three daytimes where we had no hot water due to work on a plumbing issue although it was turned back on of an evening. I understand that these things happen but the hotel couldn’t be bothered to tell us. They just shut the water off in the morning. Whilst the bedroom was of a reasonable size, the bathroom was woefully small. Overall not as enjoyable as we had hoped for. will we visit the Sunset Beach Resort again, it’s doubtful.

We booked to stay here for 2 weeks after previously staying at the Whispering Palms over the road. On arrival we weren't greeted particularly warmly when we arrived like you usually are when checking into a hotel. They took our passports and asked if we wanted to pay for the safe in our room(seriously? we haven't had to pay for a safe anywhere for years). We were shown to our room and it was clean and a good size although very dated. After unpacking we realised our toilet was broken and wouldnt flush or fill with water. We reported it to reception as we went out for a few hours and asked them to fix it. On our return we were told they would fix it tomorrow and gave us a key to another rook to use their toilet if we needed to go! After i contacted Tui we were offered another room but it was in a grotty position overlooking the kitchen and bistro so we decided to stay where we were and hope they could fix the toilet the following day. 2 members of staff did come up to our room and got down on their hands and knees to try and fix the problem, but couldnt. The following morning, the same 2 men served us our breakfast, in the same clothes they had tried to fix our toilet in. This is not ok at all and as a result, we didnt eat the complimentary breakfast for the rest of our holiday. Nearly everyone in the hotel suffered sickness and diarrhea while we there and maybe it is coincidence or maybe it was down to poor hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel. The hotel itself is in the perfect location and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the main road with all its bars and restaurants. The pool is tiny and ok to cool off in but all the people who have rooms round the pool commandeer the few sunloungers that are there making it almost impossible to spend a day at the pool. We had already booked with Tui to stay at this hotel again next year but found a much better hotel for a lot less money while we were there so we have cancelled and gone independently instead.

This is my third visit to this hotel and the location in one of its biggest draw. Compared to other Candolim hotels this hotel is good, clean, good breakfast and has a good restaurant The Bistro The rooms need a little maintenance and can be booked through Tui or direct with hotel. A safe if hotel booked through Tui approx £10 a week which I think is expensive. Hotel does deliver cases of water at very competitive prices to your room Will I visit again without a doubt

After communicating with this hotel for the past 5 years me and my partner arrived in January for two weeks, when we arrived we were given a room which was not the room I had asked for over the past 5 years, when we got to the room we found the bed sheets were stained and the room was not for our liking, I asked to see the Manager Tony who I had made contact with over the five years, he was there and he gave us a better room , which made me think that if this room was available why didn't they give us this room in the first place, the receptionist who I didn't like at the time of our stay thought he was someone out of Bollywood and really couldn't care less on who and what room people were given, the breakfast was okish but very limited so I went to the supermarket to stock up for me and my partner, there was a couple of good points I would like to make which was the restaurant manager, who was always willing to help and was spot on with everything, the cleaners who did our room worked hard so they deserve the credit which I left them a good tip, during our stay I spoke again with the owner Tony who was a kind and honest guy who said that he couldn't always keep up with things , well like everyone there comes a time when enough is enough and you need to pass on to someone who can deal with the maintenance and other things, we did find that on a few nights we had no hot water which was why I gave this hotel 2 stars, we will be coming back to Goa again but not to this hotel, shame it didn't live up to it's expectations when we were there, we also heard that people who did return and paid Infront for a room never got the room they paid for which to me and many others who are reading this would not be happy with, still move on to better things

We spent 3 nights here for the last part of our trip on Goa. We loved Sunset Beach Resort. It's a very well maintained, clean and stylish complex. The room was large, with super large bed, excellent shower room, super large fridge and TV. 2 small balconies over looked the shabby carpark (that's Goa for you lol) on one side and on the other, the beautiful track down to the beach and glorious sunset. Handy supermarket next door, restaurants everywhere, main road or beach is your choice. Candolim definitely more touristy and buzzy as a resort. The hotel is set between the main road and beach, so its also secluded and quiet. Breakfast gave the option to have your eggs served however you wanted plus coffee or tea, bread and jam etc. We ate at the restaurant on one occasion and it was fab. Definitely recommending

Very nice stay at this hotel. Breakfast, 2 eggs cooked anyway you want, with toast and Jam, tea , coffee and fruit juice, ok but much prefer buffet breakfast. Room was nice and cooled by air-conditioning and ceiling fan, two balconies, one with chairs and table. Bathroom, take shampoo and shower gel, as this is not provided. Fridge in room, was a bonus but the icebox on ours was frozen over, could not use. The evening meals in this hotel are exceptional, we never eat anywhere else. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and took us through some things we had not heard of. Lovely bunch of men. The reception staff, the girl was surly and tried to charge us for drinks that had been purchased before we came. We had paid for our drinks for the room when we ordered them! Overall it was a lovely stay, off the main road, so very little noise. Just a 5 minute walk to beach, which is fabulous, went to the Pearl shack, were we had full body massage provided by Romish and Luxmi.
