I had absolutely perfect stay at Taj Fort Aguada for 1 night on 27th July 2025. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we got a great reception and cake from the staff. Special thanks to Ruchita from House keeping, Anish at the hermitage lounge and Jessyl for making our stay wonderful. Will look forward to come back again soon

I’d like to take a moment to really appreciate Abigail for the amazing service during my stay. Right from the time I checked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Jhanvi is so calm and patient. What stood out the most of Abigail was genuine attitude — always smiling, patient, and ready to assist, whether it was helping with arranging transport, or just making sure everything in the room was perfect. Even small things, like remembering my preferences or checking in to see if I needed anything, made a big difference.
