I stayed here with my parents, uncle and aunty in their three bedroom villa. The team at Aguada Anchorage was amazing and very very helpful in guiding us where to go in Goa. The property was very clean and well maintained with great facilities. They were also very helpful as my uncle and aunty are elderly. The property is 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the villa. The location is incredibly close to the beach, making it a perfect getaway spot. The reservation team, especially Svetlana and Maria, exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service. The onboarding team, Maria and Sheetal, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. As for the villa itself, the rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place

The description of these villas is remarkably unrealistic. I was expecting a beautiful villa with a nice seating area and clean and tidy kitchen. I arrived and quickly scoped out the villa, I was hopelessly depressed. The villa assigned to us looked nothing like the photographs. The living space looks like a bad Indian restaurant from the 1980’s. Rock hard banquette style sofas, no television. Filthy old kitchen with a rusty cooker, smudged and grimy toaster and kettle. Most rooms have a blue film on the windows which adds a dingy feel to the space. No where to eat outside. All the furniture looks like it was rescued from a skip. Ok I’m British so what? I was expecting a pretty decent villa, and this is absolutely horrible. All the villas on the compound look dirty on the outside grimy with moss, cracked tiles and leaves and rubbish everywhere. I ventured to the communal pool, again in total disrepair and the pool its self looked like a scene from a bad horror movie with dead frogs floating in the murky waters amongst branches and leaves. We have complained, and we will be looking for a refund. I just want to go home.!!!!

Property was very clean, rooms were spacious with all the facilities available. It’s a premium properly
I didn’t feel anything missing here.
Sinquerim beach Is at walking distance from the resort.

It is unbelievable how crappy service at a resort can be. They did not give the villas we requested and were promised, they dont have inhouse caretaker even though its a villa, they dont know how to talk when we request for something. Basically it is just zero hospitality.. not goa standards at all, but of some 500 rupees worth stupid lodge. Owner is in her own world giving all responsibility to someone named Sheetal, who is absolutely incompetent at her job.. please avoid this place at all costs!

The property is very well-kept and immensely beautiful! The rooms are very spacious, neat, clean and artistically built. There is a balcony for each room and also the living room. The staff is super friendly, supportive and available whenever you need them. The location is perfect if you want a serene and peaceful stay with lush green beauty and the sea just a walk away. The market, pubs, cafes are also nearby. We had an amazing experience and would love to recommend this villa if you are going with family or friends. Total value for money. Kudos to the management!

I stayed here for 5 nights from 20th June to 25th June 2024 . It was a lovely stay there and Ms Sheetal was very supportive even they have given us one villa to stay even after checkout to wait for flight time, its depend upon availability but they are very supportive, food was also very goods here…… villa gives you proper vibes of goa, even the luxury premium villa will not gives u this vibe. Very near to beach just walking distance.

We went to Aguada Anchorage and stayed in villa B43 for 1 night. My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday with a sleepover with her friends. We loved the beautiful cozy villa, they boys loved their little bachelor pad which was the topmost room. The girls shared the 2 rooms on the middle floor and had the most fun ever playing board games. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the place was lovely and clean and we spent a beautiful 24 hours here.
