The standard of cleanliness is awful. Daily housecleaning did not happen as advertised. We only got a clean on request No tea or coffee as advised No card payment option as advised. Cash only Location good Pool good although steps very slippy.

Cleanliness levels are poor and no regular clean. Service levels from staff not good. No card payments so expect to pay full amount in cash up front. It is a pity as location is ok but an efficient regular cleaning system is very badly required
