Stayed here on March 29, 2025. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night.
Worst Points:
1. One of my rooms was not included in the hotel reservation system. Oddly enough, the other room was.
2. Dirty, crusty toilet bowl.
3. 3 stars but incomplete bathroom amenities for a 3-star class. No hair dryer
4. Breakfast was very bad. The fried rice was stale. I'm sure it was fried rice from a wedding the night before.
5. The drink at the breakfast buffet which was said to be orange juice, turned out to be just orange syrup. Embarrassing.
6. The waiter smelled bad

2. There were 4 pillows in the room
As a hospitality person too, I feel that this fave Simpang Lima Semarang has never had its rooms checked for cleanliness and the product and taste of breakfast food has never been checked by the Hotel Manager.
Not recommended for staying.
