Amplia habitación con ropa de cama y toallas de primera calidad. Vistas a las pistas aunque todavía no habían abierto al estación. Desayuno muy completo tipo buffet libre. Para cenar tomé alcachofas de temporada con jamón y un entrecot, de postre tarta de zanahoria, todo excelente. El sábado por la noche, gran nevada y el personal del hotel limpió el acceso para poder sacar el coche. Un trato inmejorable.

Estancia perfecta, fuimos con los niños de 10 y 14 años. La mujer y el niño iban con un poco de catarro y estuvimos muy bien. Nos dijeron que estrenábamos las habitaciones Familiar standart kichenette. La habitación es perfecta. Tiene cocina, lavadora, las camas están geniales, el sofá igual, la ducha no tiene ninguna pega… 100% recomendable de verdad.El servicio también, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. No pudimos probar la cena ya que fuimos con amigos y teníamos todo programado fuera.. pero nos quedamos con ganas. El guardaesquies perfectos…. No tenemos ninguna pega. Anulamos 1 noche ya que teníamos el tema de la mujer y el crío y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Totalmente recomendable. VOLVEREMOS

En este hotel, reservé pernocta de dos dias: 02 y 03 de agosto de 2023, con salida el 04-08-2023 (viernes) y dos 1/2 pensiones (desayuno y cena); todo ello para realizar una actividad montañera, el dia 03, que no salió todo lo bien que habia calculado, debido a un cambio de tiempo en altura (en la sierra de IP, cambio el tiempo a mucho viento y nubes). Como resultado de todo ello, llegué al hotel a 22:30 h, cuando la cena se daba entre 20 a 22 horas......expliqué mi problemática en recepción, pero el día de la salida la factura no llevaba quita alguna: tuve que pagar el 100% de la reserva. Moraleja: si eres montañero o "turistero", lleva tu propio desayuno y ganarás tiempo (si te saliesen imprevistos) y las cenas las reservas en el sitio o en cualquier local que te pille de camino, porque en este hotel no se pondrán en tu piel (mi experiencia......y no he dado nombres).

Nos atendieron con amabilidad y nos facilitaron todo lo necesario en nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones son suficientemente amplias y la limpieza buena. El precio fué el adecuado y nos ofrecieron posibilidad de desayuno, pero sin condicionarnos.

Muy contento con este acogedor hotel, debido a: - Perfectamente situado para no tener que mover el coche si vas a esquiar a Candanchu o Astun, - Taquilla guardaesquis - Habitación de cortesía para cambiarse o ducharse el día de salida tras esquiar - Restaurante para cena con diferentes opciones, bien. Además como no había una ocupación alta me hicieron un upgrade de habitación. Para repetir

El hotel está genial. Buen servicio de la gente que trabaja allí, muy agradables, tienen servicio de guardaesquis también los desayunos y las cenas están muy bien y la situación es muy buena ya que se encuentra en frente de la parada de autobús gratuita hacia astun.
