Hotel in general a bit old and misses a lot of facilities, like pool bar, restaurant. Nice swimming pool area with lounge beds and infinity pool overlooking the sea. Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning. In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

Accommodation with no distractions except the sea There is no common coffee pot No refrigerator No outside drinks allowed I used my own towel due to scary reviews about towel fines. You have to carry your suitcase up the high stairs at the entrance. Messy and noisy lobby and bar old interior accommodation The hotel never answers the phone. I didn't receive the email Although it is close to the airport, there is no common shuttle service. I took the infamous airport taxi and paid 70usd. I do not recommend this accommodation There is not much difference from the all-inclusive price. Go all inclusive

The room location and facilities are average relative to the price, especially the shower room and toilet are relatively narrow and old, but they have an infinity pool outside next to the sea and beach, which is very shocking and beautiful, leaving very good memories.

We booked a deluxe room with access to the pool, the room stank of sewerage, we asked to change it, the room was changed, but it also stank of sewerage, and plus the room was so damp that everything inside was wet and dirty. I have never seen such a terrible hotel anywhere, and barely for such a price!!!! When checking out, they demanded 2,313 pesos because the bed linen was dirty in quite a few places, probably due to sand! Since their humidity is such that all things are wet and don’t dry out, and everywhere they always wash everything, it’s not even said that they would charge that kind of money for it! This is a terrible hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone!

There is no air-conditioning around the lobby, and you have to go to the hotel next door for meals

There is a room with more than 700 rooms. I can't close the toilet lid. At night, the sea breeze is so strong that I can't sleep. I thought it was crazy. There is no hot water in the whole hotel. There is no restaurant.

Hotel is old and the staff is not nice. Charges for everything additional. There was $12 (USD) for the towel in my room. However they don't tell you upfront at check in. Ridiculous! The rooms are old and falling apart. Elevator with emergency phones not working. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I read and reread reviews of this resort before and after booking. I read a lot of reviews that they had done a lot of construction in 2023. I am a property manager at a vacation destination in the US and understand that there is never a good time for guests to perform needed maintenance. We experienced a little of this, but it did not affect our experience, and frankly I'm glad to see they care about maintaining the property. THE STAFF IS AS AMAZING AS THE VIEW!!!! From the front desk, the spa, housekeeping, the pool staff and bartenders, security, the life guard, the restaurant and the maintenance staff PHENOMENAL SERVICE was given with every encounter. The room was clean, had great water pressure, the bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, and zero issues with wifi in the room or at the pool. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful relaxing experience!!!

Checked into this hotel and changed rooms 3x due to no air, locks on door not locking, and no hot water. Stay away this place is a scam! The rooms all smell like mold super humid. At check out they charged me for a hand towel that I did not take. The food and service at the restaurant is also terrible. Front desk guy called security on me because I said I was not paying for a towel.. sliding doors are all not working working. I mentioned all the problems with the rooms to the front desk ahd they don’t care to fix the issues.

The 5 star rating goes to all the people who work diligently at the hotel, from the bellboy to the receptionist, the house cleaning, the workers who set up the beach transat and parasols every day. They were the nicest, most helpful people you can find in a hotel. The room itself was spacious with a full view of the sea and a large balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the wifi connection in the room was perfect. Now, the negative: we could not set the air conditioning to our liking and as result, we were freezing in the room. The other inconvenience was the extreme humidity that made the floor wet at all times. Also, the shower glass was not going to the extent of the shower wall and as a result, there was a flood in the bathroom after each shower. Not fun!! The location of the hotel was perfect with direct access to the bus going to the commercial area (restaurants and shops) and of course direct access to the beach.

The place is infested with BED BUGS , mold everywhere, smells of mold is strong in the bedroom , and is dirty . Pieces of the paint falling off everywhere , I asked for me to be moved and they couldn’t help at all. No action was taken from the Hotel . HORRIBLE experience !

Junior suite sea view - It was a big room. - With tub that we never use. - Cant see the sea through the window because it has big stain all over it. - The guest on top of our unit was so noisy, dragging chair and walking in the middle of the night which was really annoying and we have to complain about it and they said they will send security to check it. - You can smell the sewer from the drainage. - People are just banging doors everywhere. - We stayed there for 2 nights but had to ask to get a different room because we cant take the noise from upstairs anymore. - Rooms are not sound proof. Seems like walls are thin that you can hear everything. - They moved us to balcony room at 6th flr which is a downgrade because it is smaller but we opted for it as long as it is not noisy. - There is a connecting door to the next room, which is not good because you can clearly hear them laughing ang yelling at each other at 7:45 am which is very disturbing. - You cant sleep in the morning or afternoon because they are doing renovation all over the hotel. It is like they are renovating more than half of the hotel, it is very noisy when you want to rest and have a good nap in your room. They shouldn't be doing business while doing renovations - No wifi in the room - Missing screw in the glass door in the balcony that is why you can hear the wind whistling at night. - I like the location of the hotel because it is just in front of a convenience store and Navios. - Staff are really nice. - Will not recommend this hotel or will go back. You cant really have a good sleep or relax here because of all the renovation noise.

No hot water from arrival and for two days. On the second day, there was no water at all. If you are reading this today April 16th. There is currently no water in the rooms. When I asked if the room was going to be discounted as a result. , I didn't get an answer other than the manager would be in tomorrow morning. I left and am filing a dispute with CC as now they won't respond. I also cancelled my CC so they can't charge me for anything else. Also note, if you invite anyone to your room, they will charge you. No guests. Very poor internet If at all. The restaurant was beyond bad. Americano was instant coffee at 75 pesos a cup and 65 for a refill. Mind you I did not have a refill. I didn't even drink the one I had. Fish tacos were horrible. The rooms were very dated. I would pay more to stay somewhere else next time. Definitely don't eat here, better to go across the road to the oxxo and find something. Seriously
