An excellent all inclusive resort away from the bulk of other hotels, including excellent views of the water, an enormous pool and service that was second to none. Food and drinks were excellent and rooms were spacious. This is a must return destination in the future.

This was our second time here. Last year February 2024 we came for 4 days and decided to come AGAIN this February 2025.....again for a 4 day getaway. This place did not disappoint! our room was cleaned with exceptional detail and i just wish i knew the name of the person who did the house keeping because they were incredible. we did the preferred club again because of the perks that come with it such as the roof top breakfast/ lunch at blue water grill. our daily services from Jessica, Mario and Richard was great.... they did there very best to make our experience good but i definitely think the restaurant could use a few more hands on deck because i saw these employees working extra hard doing the duties of 2 to 3 waiting staff.... which lead to some long waits.....but overall the people mentioned were always pleasant and the food was amazing! its worth the upgrade and value. Lastly i would like to say the experience at the Prime vista restaurant was lacking due to the LONG WAIT. we went for a 7 pm dinner and were seated almost 30 minutes later even though we had reservations..... its something very small they can change which will help run the system more smoothly.......my suggestion is to teach the staff at the front who ask you for your name and reservations the importance of being efficient. they seem to not be bothered when they have 20 plus people crowded and lined up waiting! but the food there is excellent! i would also want to send a heart felt thank you to Omar who works in the preferred club lounge. His warmth, kindness and professionalism is the reason we would come back a third time. Honestly he is one of a kind!

So my wife is 150lbs and she somehow sat at a chair at the buffet, broke it and she fell... They were super worried about being sued and we felt pestered with them constantly asking if my wife was hurt because they were covering their but to not get sued. 3 or so days later at the outdoor dinner mexican night buffet my wife somehow got a chair where the leg was barely hanging on and was bent backwards. Luckily she didn't fall but we told the waiter and he just moved it to the side. Honestly they are lucky it happened to us because we are super nice people and young, we don't get hurt easily. If it happened to an overweight or elderly person it would have been pretty bad. Kinda expected some type of payment in Hotel credit or massage or something for my wife but they really just cared about us not suing. Luckily none of that happened on her 30th birthday that we were celebrating on the trip.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of January. Travel party was 3 couples. I give this hotel 5 stars as I legit can’t make up something bad about it. It checks all the boxes for its price point. The Preferred Club is worth it for not only the lounge but the rooftop pool. It really becomes its own community up there. We were able to make reservations for restaurants. The only disappointment was Vista Prime. I am giving the benefit of the doubt to them that they were having a bad night. Service was slow (we ended up serving our own wine and water). The food took long to come and sadly when the main course did arrive it was cold (we had the meat platter for 2). That being said, I can see if they were having a good night it would be another story. Bluewater Grill for breakfast and lunch is amazing. Never a wait. The teppanyaki was our favourite. The Lobby Bar and Preferred Club lounge were good spots in the evening. The Aperol Spritz and Cosmo martinis were amazing (can you tell I’m a suburban mom??). Beach is small but if you’re coming from somewhere with snow and frozen water, then it’s a great beach. Service is good. Iguanas like to come and visit you. Had a plunge pool room. The pool was not as gross as I thought it would be and was nice to have in the evening to hang out. The room itself is one of the nicest layouts we have had in our many travels. The bathroom is everything. Luckily we had no hot water issues. Housekeeping was always there when you needed and understood when you didn’t. We played golf and it is one of the most challenging courses we have played. Also, there’s alligators. Will be talking about the rounds for a long time. The Aquaworld desk helped us arrange a jet ski adventure as well as a 6-hour fishing trip (sailfish and barracuda caught). Good guys. Spa is right out of a magazine. Lives up to the picture and the hydrotherapy circuit is a nice treat. We did not have any issue with timeshare hassling at all. I don’t know if it’s luck or we just weren’t impressive enough to bother? Would go back again.

Beautiful Rooftop Preferred Access for 18 and Older. 360 View is spectacular along with Infinite Pool. A must REPEAT visit is definitely in the future. The Restaurant in Rooftop was nice (view) and nice selection of food items for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Rooms with King Size Bed and View of Ocean just breathtaking. Shower is very clean and big. Closet and drawers with enough space. Definitely Activities in main pool we’re FAMILY Friendly. Beautiful Golf Course. We don’t play but nice for those who do. Night Life for Adults not MUCH past 9:30 pm. They have a Club for Dancing at 10:00 pm but not open every night the week we stayed. We saw a wedding there and it is a Perfect Resort for a Wedding. A covered Gazebo over the water looking out into the ocean and a PERFECT RoofTop for reception. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful vacation. Not a large beach but they make up for it with a massive pool that gets plenty of sun. Rooms clean, staff attentive, and excitement plentiful. Not too busy, not too sleepy. 8 adults in total ages 30-65. Many offerings as a UVC member and accommodation at every turn. We noticed on our second night that the center panel in our balcony window/door had an issue with the glass pulling away from the frame. It caused whistling and temperature problems. Reported it via the app as we were leaving for the pool the next morning around 9:30 and it was completely fixed before lunch. Everything requested either personally or in the app was prompt and easy. Jorge at the Preferred Pool is the MAN! Claudia took great care of our room and made sure we had plenty of Coke Light. There was a market one of the nights where they brought in local artisans to sell items on the pool deck. The gentleman we purchased a painting from explained to us that the hotel strives to support Yucatán peninsula artists for these markets and pointed out his father and his brother in booths next to him. Quality goods at excellent prices and nice salespeople.
