Terrible service and attention at the hotel, the employees treat you badly. The all-inclusive service is the worst ever, since there are few bars and restaurants, with reduced opening hours and they charge you extra for many things, even with a black bracelet.

The hotel is a large American-style complex so a lot of people but overall it was okay because we only stayed one night.

I have never eaten such bad food in my entire life!!! All Inclusive terrible!!! A simple pizza, a hot dog, could be absurdly bad!

It's very bad. The lighting in the room is different, like a county guest house. The toilet has no toilet seat. The facilities are very old. It's disgusting. The food tastes terrible. Several buffet restaurants have nothing to do with the Chinese stomach. It's pulpy. Of course, the sea is beautiful. Thank you.
