The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center! The room was also very good. I stayed here with my friends for three nights. There is a bar near the hotel, which was a bit noisy at 7 or 8 in the evening, but I chose a high-rise non-smoking and quiet room, so it didn't affect me at all. At 9 or 10 o'clock, the bar was silent.

Overall the hotel is very good. Reception was friendly. Location is very good as there are many restaurants nearby. There is no water provided and you have to request for toothbrush, toothpaste and combs. Breakfast is overall ok. The pool is not heated.

For the price..Spacious rooms, prime location.. Car parking a day was 32$ Self check in n self check out was good Room was clean.. Spa n sauna was good Had iron n hair dryer Breakfast options can be better for the price.. Did not interact much with the staff.. so cannot comment. I recently stayed at this hotel and loved the environment. Most of the staff were friendly, but one male staff with dark hair wasn’t very patient during check-in. Details like parking, breakfast and check-out weren’t mentioned. This oversight led to confusion, and when I was leaving the parking area, I had to return to the front desk to ask for clarification to avoid being double-charged. Great environment overall, but better communication would help.

Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

The overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.

The service rendered by the hotel was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities offered by the hotel such as sauna and swimming pool. We had no chance to experience the breakfast at your hotel, but surely will try it the next time we stay there. The receptionist was amazing and our check-in process was a smooth one.
