All’inizio mi sono molto arrabbiata perchè avevo prenotato due stanze e mi hanno dato una tripla… due ore perse a cercare di farmi dare le stanze per cui avevo pagato. Personale non proprio all’altezza della situazione… ma va beh… si sono scusati. Dopo è andata bene anche se la pulizia lascia MOLTO a desiderare. Stanze un po’ datate, alcune ristrutturate. La maitre del ristorante molto simpatica. Posizione buona, abbastanza centrale e vicino all’impianto di risalita di Belvedere. SPA carina, con due vasche idromassaggio da 4 posti, sauna e bagno turco. Insomma, per chi si accontenta può andare.

Hotel was closed. Never recieved any information from hotel. Had to find a number and hope someone would answer. Was a bit worrying if we would have somewhere to stay!

Struttura molto datata, infissi e persiane da vecchia casa abbandonata, ammuffiti e molto sporchi ( foto allegate) Pulizia camera inesistente, polvere dappertutto. Cucina discreta, personale di sala nella media, caposala Betty eccezionale!

Ho ricevuto questo regalo da mio figlio il quale ha prenotato per noi genitori tre sere all hotel bellevue. Posizione eccellente a Canazei all'arrivo alla reception sono stati di una freddezza unica non hanno dato le informazioni di un check in....ci è stato assegnato una camera da nani...piccolissima..vetro rotto alla finestra che non si chiudeva neppure. Hotel che forse negli anni '90 era di gran splendore ma ad oggi manca di manutenzione..Moquette sudicio...divanetti al bar sporchi..ecc.. La prima sera a cena...il degenro ..hotel strapieno (c'era anche un gruppo)delirio al buffet e delirio dei camerieri...Le sere successive per fortuna sono andate un po meglio anche se a parte una cameriera responsabile molto brava tutti allo sbaraglio.Mancanza di organizzazione.. Questo perché il prezzo di questa settimana pagato da mio figlio è stato molto caro e quindi uno pretende l'hotel all'altezza del prezzo richiesto....

La maggior parte delle camere sono vecchissime,con moquette, bagno senza bidet in cui ci si gira appena. Niente cassaforte né tanto meno il frigo. Fortunato è colui a cui viene assegnata una camera ristrutturata; benché piccola è sicuramente più accogliente.

Questa è stata la nostra prima estate trascorsa in montagna,struttura consigliata dal nostro carissimo amico Massimiliano Russotto. Abbiamo trovato una struttura adatta alle famiglie con tutti i comfort e un personale davvero meraviglioso, ringraziamo in particolare Renato sempre presente e disponibile 24/24h, e il personale di sala Betty, Sabrina e Francesco impeccabili sempre presenti per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Che dire esperienza unica che consiglio a tutti, speriamo di ritornare presto magari nel periodo natalizio.

Camera estremamente piccola, con finestra non funzionante, mai messi asciugamanetti del bidet. Personale reception tutt’altro che accogliente. Solo stando a Canazei ho scoperto che a pari categoria e prezzo c’è molto, ma molto dì meglio.
