Come ogni anno se ho la possibilità di andare in val di Fassa torno sempre in questo splendido hotel. Il motivo? Cordialità, servizi eccellenti, camere pulite, ottimo cucina e amplia carta dei vini e non ultimo prezzo imbattibile. Per questo è straconsigliato

Sound 3* hotel, food plentiful although took a while sometimes to refill ( felt they should have had another server/replenisher) . Some food choices a bit strange, but every menu had something decent to choose from the 4 dishes per course. Some of our group didn’t eat beef & were quite restricted. If you were a vegetarian I think you’d need to talk to them as all veggie dishes I saw on menu contained fish! Nice salad & soup bar available as well as what you selected . Rooms- Our group had 4 rooms & 3 were good, with balconies & enough space for suitcases etc, the fourth was small. 2 of the rooms could hear either the nightclub next door or the entertainment in the bar. Facilities - We weren’t aware that you needed to pay for the pool, sauna, jacuzzi or gym when we booked. The €8 per day seemed a bit steep but the hotel did our group a good deal for the week so it’s worth negotiating. You needed to wear a swim hat for the pool. There was daily entertainment in the evenings for the children but none of ours used it so can’t comment on how good it was. Ski bus stopped regularly right outside the hotel & there was a hotel shuttle minibus too but we didn’t use that so can’t comment.

Lets start with the positive: Rooms are clean and nice, beds are comfy, and daily cleaning is super. The crew is super friendly an helpsome. Breakfast is good with a large selection. BUT.... the dinner is absolutely horrible - taste is bland - food looks and tastes like it has been made by a person who knows absolutely nothing about making food. Its absoultely unappetizing - not to say disgusting.... I will never visit this hotel again - even if i could get a discount and eat on a restaurant somewhere in Canazei.... Again - the dinner is so horrible than I hope that they get a better chef before anyone visits this place....

Esperienza negativa, camera singola con metratura inferiore ai 9 metri ( minimo come da normative in vigore ) datate con vecchi suppellettili, prive di tende oscuranti, con persiane che cadono a pezzi. Rubinetteria doccia prive di miscelatore, rubinetti singoli anni 70, cassetta scarico, rumorosa. Neanche un cambio lenzuola nei sette giorni di permanenza, navette che portano a gli impianti sporche e molto trascurate. Personale di sala poco cordiale. La Val di Fassa è stupenda, evitate hotel caminetto

Durante il mio recente soggiorno presso il caminetto , sono rimasta davvero colpita dall'eccellenza del servizio e dalla gentilezza del personale. Fin dal momento del check-in, sono stata accolta con un sorriso caloroso e un'atmosfera accogliente che ha reso il mio soggiorno piacevole. Ma ciò che ha davvero reso la mia esperienza indimenticabile è stato il personale. Ogni membro del team era cordiale, disponibile e pronto ad assistermi in ogni momento. non vedo l'ora di tornare per un'altra fantastica esperienza!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di recente e, nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben curate, offrendo un ambiente accogliente e confortevole. La ristorazione è davvero ottima, con una vasta scelta di piatti: ogni giorno sono disponibili 4 primi e 4 secondi, accompagnati da un abbondante buffet di dolci a cena e una colazione molto ricca. L'unica nota dolente riguarda l'accoglienza e l'atteggiamento del personale, inclusi i titolari, che ho trovato poco propositivi. Ritengo che ci sia margine di miglioramento per quanto riguarda l'attenzione alle esigenze del cliente, soprattutto per chi visita la zona per la prima volta. Un'accoglienza più calorosa e maggiori informazioni sui servizi della struttura e della zona farebbero sicuramente la differenza. Un aspetto estremamente positivo è il servizio di guest card, che permette di utilizzare i mezzi di trasporto gratuitamente. Tuttavia, sarebbe utile informare i clienti di questo vantaggio sin dal loro arrivo, senza doverlo richiedere espressamente. In conclusione, a parte qualche piccola disattenzione, valuto positivamente l’hotel e lo consiglierei per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.
