Struttura eccellente con veri professionisti sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti,ottima posizione degli impianti di risalita animazione Top per i bambini camere spaziose e soprattutto silenziose il che non è sempre scontato...Cucina tipica e anche di più...nel periodo natalizio è come essere in una favola la straconsiglio vivamente.

Ottimo hotel....punti di forza sono sicuramente la posizione, la cucina e soprattutto la cordialità e disponibilità di tutto lo staff; camere pulitissime e veramente ampie. Torneremo sicuramente in questo fantastico hotel per trascorrere un altra vacanza in Val di Fassa .

Siamo stati con la famiglia a dicembre ed è stato come in una favola. l’Hotel più bello della val di Fassa:centrale ,pulito,personale cordiale e competente . Il Mangiare poi…ogni sera menù diverso con piatti tipici trentini. Consigliatissimo,complimenti continuate così..

Abbiamo soggiornato al Dolomiti anche questa volta a fine anno..vacanza ottima in una bellissima struttura..con spa e centro benessere molto accurato.. qualità del cibo eccellente...siamo stati coccolati dal personale dell'hotel sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta..camera spaziosa e pulita... peraltro l'hotel si trova in posizione perfetta nel centro di Canazei..ci torneremo ancora. consigliatissimo!!!

Solo il prezzo è stato concorrenziale perché a meno non si trova ma una motivazione c’è. Stanza vecchia e soprattutto sporca (ho dovuto chiedere di pulirla a metà settimana perché per terra non avevano MAI nemmeno spazzato ma dopo la situazione non è cambiata) bagno decadente, personale di sala scortese, personale della reception addirittura maleducato che pur avendo pagato tutto la sera prima mi ha fermata alla riconsegna delle chiavi con immotivata insistenza per verificare i sospesi (che ovviamente non c’erano). Cibo scadente, colazione scarsa, monotona e poco curata. Spa disorganizzata e priva di spogliatoi.
