What a beautiful hotel. Each room is different but equally nice. Very clean and friendly front desk staff. The breakfasts were delicious. We had one dinner in the restaurant and it was also very good. Our room was spacious with a large tub, mini fridge, safe, wine glasses, balcony and a basket of fruit and nuts. The only complaint (no fault of the hotel) was that it was quite noisy some nights due to traffic and people. We had to keep the sliding door open because it was quite warm.

Una posto così bello, ricco di bellezze artistiche ed esteticamente perfetto ancora non lo avevo mai visto. Opere d’arte ovunque, arredamento Frau in ogni singola stanza e negli spazi comuni, una biblioteca e poi una cortesia e gentilezza da parte di tutti. Un ringraziamento al proprietario che lo ha progettato direi con saggezza e tanto amore.

Ottima sistemazione. Una bellissima struttura nuova e moderna. Camera ben curata in ogni dettaglio. Il vero punto di forza è però stata l'attenzione per il soggiorno con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Sempre presente la porzione di frutta fresca, sistemazione della camera e del bagno due volte al giorno, personale gentile, disponibile e preparato ed la tempo stesso amichevole.

Hotel fantastico. Attenzione meticolosa alle esigenze della clientela. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione. Ristorazione eccellente, dalla prima colazione al dopo cena. Ottima selezione di vini. Impossibile trovare un difetto.

Terrific mountain view from our balcony. We opted for a regular room without private spa, & it was just what we wanted -- high floor, modern, comfortable, breakfast included in our rate, mini fridge, mini safe. Friendly staff. 2 restaurants on site, but many other restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. Every room is decorated & furnished differently according to different artists' work, but that had no effect on our decision to stay here. Located a few blocks from bus station at center of town.

Che dire, siamo arrivati carichi di entusiasmo avendo letto recensioni di precedenti ospiti, le aspettative erano molto alte e sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Tutto ottimo. Hotel bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, pulizia camere e spazi comuni eccellente. Lo staff, tutti nessuno escluso, cortesi, simpatici e professionali. Per quanto riguarda la cucina è stata una delizia per il palato, la cena di ferragosto 10+. Al bistrot abbiamo potuto assaggiare dei deliziosi cocktail e un particolare amaro di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, di fatto la scelta è molto ampia. Per concludere tutto è stato bellissimo, unica nota negativa il momento della partenza; per quanto è stato allietato dalla gentilissima Irene ci è dispiaciuto davvero tanto andare via. Di certo se torneremo a Canazei non avremo dubbi sulla nostra scelta Un caloroso saluto e grazie per l’accoglienza Michela & Luca

Come si fa a trovare un difetto alle perfezione! Non conoscevo l’hotel e dalla prima casuale telefonata con la Direttrice Irene tutto è stato meraviglioso! Irene ci ha proposto una stanza meravigliosa con sauna e vasca idromassaggio in camera. Il menù della cena è davvero gourmet e la colazione esaudisce qualunque desiderio! Servizio di pulizia eccellente e anche molto simpatico!!! Il personale è assolutamente fantastico, un perfetto connubio di professionalità, simpatia, disponibilità e accoglienza! La struttura è strepitosa ma la differenza la fanno le persone, sempre!!! Grazie!

Six of us on a walking holiday in the Dolomites stayed here for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience immersed in the eclectic art displayed throughout. Each bedroom is dedicated to a different artist and is furnished accordingly. The beds are comfortable, shower rooms luxurious and the breakfasts more than one could want. To top it all, the staff on reception are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
