Service is excellent. There are swimming pool at the roof and sauna. Bar is amazing, especially amazing cheap prizes.

We just had a lovely stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was clean and staff all really helpful. Location is perfect 200 m from the beach. Roof top pool was warm and life guarded. Never a time we had to battle for a sun bed. Bar cheap too, nice places to sit, and a good gym. Dinner room clean and food hot and refreshed quickly, the complaint I would have is there were not many options for vegans at the buffet. We did manage but having salad, veg, pasta and veg. We could of spoke to the chef, but to be fair it was enough for us. We purchased our own soya milk, and they kept it in the fridge for our breakfast. Would we stay again, definitely and want to take the rest of my family too.

Astoria, tolle Lage. Das Hotel ist unser Lieblingshotel in Las Palmas. Die Lage ist Top, in der Nähe gibt es Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit Pool Bar usw. Leider wurde Während unserem Aufenthalt das Dach renoviert, so das dieser nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen war. Unser Zimmer war OK, allerdings roch es im Bad sehr unangenehm. Das Essen ist gut, wir hatten Halbpension. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings bildete der Bademeister am Pool hiervon eine Ausnahme. Wir haben deshalb den Bereich um den Pool gemieden. An der Rezeption war man dafür besonders freundlich und sprach auch Deutsch.

Hotel agradable con muy buena ubicación y personal muy amable. Camas muy cómodas y buena limpieza. Comida casera y variada. La zona de la última planta es muy acogedora. Tiene piscina, zonas de estar y lectura, bar con ricos cócteles y cafés
