Everything was amazing friendly people at the reception, the rooms are big and lovely but the only thing is you have to pay for taxes to any where you go but everything was in the hotel

Beautiful hotel, very clean throughout. Good facilities. Right on the seafront. What we didn't like was the villa we were given, Villa 9. It was next to a sewage treatment plant and smelled bad upon entering. It also had a lot of mosquitoes. Another negative point is that the jacuzzi is only for those 16 and over. I think there should be a 30-minute limit during the day for children to enjoy. But we would definitely stay there again; we had a very comfortable time.

Really lovely place to get away and enjoy the view of the sea. The staff was helpful and the hotel has shops inside which is handy. The bus stop is quite near so can visit the beach los christianos for a easy day out.

Club hotel. Very large bright rooms. Good pool. No problems with free parking. The only minus is there is no sandy beach within walking distance. The beaches are rocky.

Too much noise. Between the rooms and the hallway. And on top of that, they don't take responsibility when someone spends all day smoking, annoying everyone. First complaint: the receptionist's response was: the hotel can't tell guests what they have to smoke and what they can't. I was surprised by the response. Second complaint at night. They did give me the answer.
