Le moment passé durant ce week-end aux « Manoirs des Portes de Deauville » a été un véritable moment de détente. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil est chaleureux. Le personnel, tout au long du séjour, a toujours été disponible, bienveillant et souriant. Concernant la qualité des prestations, c’est un sans-faute. Les services sont haut de gamme, tant au niveau du logement (chambre, salle de bain, salon) que du petit-déjeuner, qui est fabuleux (un choix très varié avec des produits de qualité). Le prix de 28 € est justifié. Venant régulièrement à Deauville, je séjournais auparavant dans un hôtel du centre-ville. Aujourd’hui, je sais où je séjournerai lors de mes prochains déplacements à Deauville, que ce soit pour des raisons professionnelles ou familiales (lieu très sécurisant pour les familles avec enfants).

5/5 Un havre de paix en pleine nature dans ce domaine bien agréable, des cottages "cosy" où l'authenticité normande et la modernité cohabitent. Les cottages sont spacieux, confortables et préservent l'intimité des clients. Le service restauration est tout à fait correct, les produits sont locaux et de bonne qualité. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Mention spéciale pour TÉVIN le responsable. Il est vraiment professionnel, investi, de bons conseils, attaché aux petits détails, disponible, passionné et élégant. Nous sommes déjà venus 3 fois et reviendrons de nouveau avec plaisir. Nous vous recommandons vivement les Manoirs des portes de Deauville, vous y serez choyés! Mme.M.ROUX

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Una finca y edificios muy bonitos pero cerca de una cartera (que se oye) y con una construcción "cutre". Habitaciones muy pequeñas o en dos plantas, teniendo el baño en planta inferior y habitación en superior. Comunicado por unas escaleras empinadas... Muy incómodo por la noche. Y peligroso Tiene un precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece. Punto positivo: El personal de recepción es muy amable. No así la persona encargada del desayuno. Muy distante y nada agradable con los clientes.

Un lieu d'une grande beauté, merveilleusement décoré, luxueux et de très bon goût et une équipe formidable, accueillante, compétente et serviable. Délicieux petit-déjeuner, très belle chambre et salle de bains (Manoir M1). Décoration sobre, qui respecte le caractère ancien des lieux. Un gros défaut : l'emplacement sur la route de Pont-l'Eveque rend l'accès à et la sortie de Deauville/Trouville parfois compliqués. Quelques détails : le réfrigérateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas ; la robinetterie de la salle de bains en plastique de médiocre qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations et du tarif appliqué ; la chambre M1 s'avère très bien insonorisée au quotidien, mais si un enfant hurle dans la chambre en face, c'est une autre histoire. Ceci étant dit, j'ai adoré cet hôtel et y reviendrai volontiers.

despite complaints. Shower was not fixed, room was ready too late despite timely arrival. No towels for third person in room, also on second day despite complaints. No compensation by front desk for drinks despite late readiness of room and felt like front desk was not and did not feel responsilble or allowed to arrange for compenstion.
