Stayed here with my wife for 5 nights in Room #9. Cost was 57 Euros per night. Room was on the back side of the building and was amazingly quiet given the in-town location. Well decorated; flat screen TV with satellite TV but no stations in English, well equipped kitchen, table with chairs, 2 sofas and the most comfortable bed that we have slept on in Turkey. A/C and plenty of hot water. Solid WIFI though a little slow during working hours. Breakfast served on the roof-top terrace. Typical Turkish fare of vegetables, toast, jams and eggs cooked to order. Pancakes also available if you ask nicely. Location is in the center of town. Literally a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Great shopping outside the hotel's front door. HSBC Bank ATM downstairs dispenses Turkish Lira, US Dollars and Euros. The best location that I have ever enjoyed in Cannakale on our many visits. Outstanding staff. Very gracious and helpful. I dealt with Yesim who is a delightful woman. She has lived in the States and speaks fluent English. She could not have been more accommodating; helping us with everything from getting a cell phone to locating various stores for specialty items. Yesim turned out to be the highlight of our 5 months in Turkey. I cannot speak more highly regarding her integrity and good character. This hotel is a 'no brainer'. Secure and friendly. While I can vouch for the quiet of the back rooms I have no clue as to how noisy the front rooms may or may not be. Double paned windows throughout the hotel and updated systems such as central heat and water. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
