We were 4 people travelling from Bhubaneswar to Goa from 16th to 18th and staying at property. Due to unforeseen circumstances and exigency of some of the members (one's relative was diagnosed with cancer), another (sr. Citizen severe viral fever), we were forced to postpone the trip. I called Neemrana three waters property on 12th Oct to inform the above and request if anything could be done. They said I have to talk to reservations team and shared the contact. Immediately I got in touch with reservations and explained the above. I also said the below things Will provide proof if required Not asking for cancellation but just another date in the future for same two room and 4 ppl. If any penalty invovled, we would be ok to pay Also informed, if none of the above is possible, then atleast consider a partial fee waiver It was blatantly denied!! I also requested the same through Agoda as well as they showed an option to appeal to the property. It was denied again!! We have stayed in many Neemrana properties (Alwar, Kesroli, Ramgarh). Are they so interested in profilt making that the customer doesn't matter at all?? The word service gesture doesnt feature in Neemrana's policies?? How can one be so inconsiderate? More than 25000 rupees lost due to their apathy. We couldnt help it due to our circumstances, but atleast we expected a property like Neemrana to understand and atleast consider a partial waiver / or a date change woth penalty or anything for that matter. This left us in very bad taste and I am not sure I will ever opt for Neemrana properties again.

Very Goan and very unlike the usual tourist experience. It’s a small, charming villa on a road that runs past a river through a fishing village to the Betul fort (its remains at least). The staff get full marks for their attentiveness, efficiency and charm. Any little hitches are addressed instantly. The food is amazing- we ate all our meals here and barely stirred out except to visit a local street food cart recommended by Corine the manager (who is a powerhouse!) Great views, very peaceful, very connected to the local village, the only thing we missed was gettting a ferry to the beach opposite because it was off season- but we hope to return & try this in future!

While looking for properties to stay in Goa, we chanced upon Neemrana three waters. Our preference in Goa is to avoid the big name resorts and properties and look for boutique properties and this one fit the bill. The property is off the beaten track in a beautiful fishing village right next to Betul fort. The beach is a boat ride away (though when we went it was monsoon and there were no boat rides). The same beach is a 14 km drive away (yes! but totally worth it). There is a reasonably regular bus service to Madgaon nearby. The pool is nicely maintained. Rooms are clean and have a soothing river view. The staff is good. Kaushal, Chryson, Surendra were all super cooperative and helpful. A word about the kitchen - food is made to order here. So, you have to order what you want an hour before. Seeing the menu, we asked them if they could make a special goan dish with alasande (white lobia) - called alasande tonak. The menu already had another tonak sabji. They readily agreed - and the alasande tonak was out of this world. We requested Chef Pabitra to make it again for us the next day as well. Fresh food prepared to order! Overall this is a property nestled in a quiet nook - if you are looking to chill out away from the crowd of Goa - this is a good place.

Excellent experience. All fine. The restaurant could have more choice and the rates are on higher side. With discount in room tariffs there is no discount on restaurant rates which has to be looked into. The pool was very clean and well maintained. All the linen at the pool was also neat and clean.

A small, quiet place away from the crowds. Personalized attention that comes with it. A boutique hotel feel, with the familiarity and comfort of a known brand. I am a Neemrana regular and am glad I chose to stay with the chain again in Goa. I stayed with my family at the property for 3 days. We had the place to ourselves given that it was an off-season. While we would have liked some company, we had adequate compensation in the form of personalized attention from the staff- Surendar, Kaushal, and all the other members of the staff made us feel like we were at home. We were asked for our preferences each time we had breakfast, high tea, or dinner. There were some issues with the bathroom that needed the staff's attention but were taken care of once brought to their notice. I would be glad to recommend the property to anyone wishing to explore South Goa and looking for an off-beat place. Do take care to book a car given the remoteness of the place. Also, do factor in the fact that the nearest external restaurant options (the nicer ones) are a good 8-10 km away. The in-house restaurant though has plenty of options so you will not feel bored.

“A pristine location in a serene village” Had a lovely stay! The entire team of staff was very helpful. Loved the location. If you are looking for a place to go and recharge, away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, this small property in an actual Fishing village is the perfect place to go for a quiet retreat! Its a place out of time....perfect for a romantic getaway

Hotel staff were too nice and cooperative, Mr. Surender was very humble and takes good care of me. It was truly an amazing experience. Property was very clean and maintain. I like most the collection of shells they have. Rooms are good. Since they don’t have much choice of food, but whatever available was very good in taste..

It takes about 80 minutes to reach the hotel from Dabolim airport. The final stretch of the road is quite narrow; the hotel is located in a village at a place where a river meets the ocean. It is a truly idyllic, picturesque and serene location where you can either go for riverside walks or just chill in a reclining chair with a book in your hand. There are just 9 rooms in the hotel; the rooms are spacious, clean and well arranged. The charming guest manager, Ms Korine, was extremely polite and very helpful making sure that we had a very comfortable stay. There are no eating places or shops nearby apart from the restaurant at the hotel, where the food was quite good. No alcohol is available on site. The scenery from the window of gently flowing river and swaying palm trees is bewitching. If you are a nature lover preferring a quiet hotel in a tranquil village for a relaxing break, look no further. If you are a youngster looking for action, this may be a wrong choice!
