We had booked river facing rooms. Property is good. But it's at the fag end of Palolem beach and there is no conveyance available easily, if you are not having your own vehicle. In house restaurant is exorbitantly prices, although you have the choice of going to the shacks on the beach. Room service is not available and even if you request the in house restaurant, they take extremely long time to deliver. So morning cup of tea/coffee in the room is a challenge. In house spa is also not operational. Would suggest to book the room in a resort which is half-way through the Palolem beach, so that market area is also easily accessible.

This is one of the best options in South Goa. Rooms with a private pool are very rare. Rooms are spacious enough so that it can accommodate 3 people easily. Overall the resort was maintained well, however due to the monsoon season lot of insects, it's bound to happen if you also want to enjoy nature. They keep the pool also very clean. All at the Resort are always ready to help you, however they have limited options for meals as well as for amenities. I would like to mention that the pool should have more privacy and the team should work towards this. The resort is located almost 15 mins walk away from Palolem beach. The beach is also clean, peaceful and not crowded. Would like to stay again in the future. All the best to the owner.

I have just returned from a very pleasurable stay at Sai Valientine's, Palolem with a friend. This has been my second stay with them. My previous stay was in 2016, which I enjoyed thoroughly as well. This time I was surprised to see the beautiful uplift to the hotel. The rooms on top and a lot of the property has been done up very beautifully. We stayed in the air-conditioned rooms on top, that allow you to have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, right from your bed. This is an absolutely breathtaking view and since the property is located to the end of the beach on the right and not near the main entrance, it's a very quiet and peaceful stretch of the beach. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We had a small issue with the shower in our room not giving enough force of water, it wasn't a big deal, but this too was very swiftly and promptly rectified by them and I was quite happy to see that. I liked the food here and it was very reasonable. However, for me I think the number one reason I would go back to stay at Sai Valentine, is the people. A special thanks to the owner Krishna and a the staff - Rohit, Rahul, Arun, Siddhi, Sunny, Gautam - and everyone else who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Look forward to going back there sometime soon :)

The stay is good with a small pool and built in the nature with beautiful small huts to making us remember our childhood days, but looked too pricey in comparison to the facilities offered. We thought of some events would be happening but the only entertainment there is swimming pool and few indoor games. Staff seemed little tired or not much interested in helping. Had put a room cleaning tag but still our room was not cleaned. Very few options in food as well. But you can ask the host if you want something from outside the menu, he can arrange it from outside. I would like to suggest the host to keep juices as well in breakfast as not everyone is coffee/tea lover. Paying extra for a juice in breakfast didn't feel right.
