Overprice hotel. The hotel location was good, very close to the beach. The food was okay, but the complimentary breakfast was terrible—no taste at all. There were a lot of foreigners, so the breakfast seemed to be catered to their taste buds. The hotel room was not clean, smelly, and dirty. The washroom was also dirty, with water dripping from the flush. There was no room service.

Wonderful stay, nice hospitality amazing breakfast and peaceful relaxing vibes palol beach is just 2 min walk away. Room are spacious, balcony view and super clean.

Greetings of the day, this was a terrible stay for me with make my trip recommendation. From now on i will never use make my trip. I hope u are still reading further. Now i would list out the problems i went through. 1 as soon as we entered the resort for check in there was no power for couple of hours in the room 2 the food was so pethatic. I am still figuring out whether he has given oily chapati or flat poori
3 the staffs were very adamant. Even the parking gates was removed by ourselves for our vehicle 4. The rooms were filthy even after requesting 3-4 times they didn't clean the room 5. The last night we stayed there there was no power for the whole night. So the entire stay became horrible we would demand for a refund

I have been staying at this property for over a decade - and what used to be Dreamcatcher is now 'Feathertouch'.
They have however retained the quaintness of the place, which was a big relief.
The manager at the reception is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He was extremely pleasant, in every interaction.
The housekeeping and other staff has always been sweet and always smiling.
The rooms are cute and quaint - but could now use an aesthetic upgrade, especially at this price point. They have looked the same for years now, and it time they invest on making the inside of the room as aesthetic and quaint as the outside is.
I booked a breakfast inclusive tariff - and the alleged breakfast 'spread' was very disappointing. I would recommend NOT choosing a breakfast package here and instead ordering a la carte or going elsewhere.
The beach is very easily accessible.
All in all, a good stay option.

Stay was ok ok but we have waited upto 40 minutes near the resort at the time of check-in, no response from anyone in the resort like watchman or reception that too it was mid night and food was ok ok full of mosquitoes in the resort overall stay was average
