The Canaan Motel is very clean with comfortable beds. A good place to rest along the way. The rooms were well appointed with fridge, microwave, Keurig and shampoo and soap dispensers. The beds were very comfortable. What stood out most was the cleanliness.

Dear Neil, thank you for watching over my daughter when she stays there. She just loves staying there, she says it’s quiet, clean and well managed. She appreciates staying in a safe place. She likes the peace and quiet, hot water plentiful, and cleanliness and she can make a cup of tea in the microwave whenever she’d like one. You folks are the best. Thank you again.

Very nice place to stay
The couple who own this motel were very friendly and accommodating. When I called to let them know we would be late arriving they kept the lights on for us. After knowing we would arrive late they made sure we picked up something for dinner before coming into the area because every thing closed up by 8p.

We had an excellent stay. Extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. Huge play area for kids in the back with a basketball hoop. If you are considering this place, don’t hesitate, just book it.

Great staff and rooms!!
The checkin was easy done and we were in our room less than 10 min .
The staff was very friendly and helpfull when asked about restaurants in the area.
The room was very clean and had a small refrigerator with freezer,microwave and a kpod coffee machine.
They also provided free coffee kpods with cream and sugar packets in the room.
The power did go out for about 2 hours last night but we were already in bed as it was 2am and stormy out.
Also a very nice largecswimming pool!
I would definitely recommended !
