I stayed at Hometravel Mekong for 3 nights and was blown away by the beauty of the Homestay, the loveliness of the accommodation and the awesomeness of the food! It is located a few kilometers from Can Tho and makes a good base for tours to Cai Rang and other local floating markets. Traveling alone, I met many other guests and had great conversations about outstanding lunches and dinners. The most friendly and generous staff imaginable and take great pride in their place.

Tour chợ nổi cho mình trải nghiệm không thể nào quên. Ngồi trên thuyền đi từ Homestay, tầm 40' là tới chợ nổi, ăn sáng trên thuyền vừa ăn vừa sợ đổ mất bát hủ tiếu nhưng ngon. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thoáng vì gần sông, ban công ngồi đọc sách tuyệt cú mèo. Mình đi vào mùa mưa nên thích nhất cảm giác ngồi ban công ngắm mưa

I really loved this place, I got stuck here because of loving it so much. I just kept adding nights. I found the homestay clean and comfortable, along the channels of the Mekong Delta. Is a little bit out of the city, which means a quieter area to enjoy the local life. I really enjoyed the boat tour, for a reasonable price I took the shared tour and was a blast, floating market, noodles factory, and so on. They have a brand new bungalow, where I stayed, and some dorm rooms for budget travelers. There was a nice vibe during dinner with all the travelers meeting up together and having some really good food I will come back and recommend it to anyone!

Altogether one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam. Due to an interesting location a little outside, you feel you’re spending your nights in the middle of the jungle. During the night you hear all sorts of animals. The staff is also super helpful and nice. We booked the Mekong boat tour which was a great experience and not expensive for all the things we got to experience. Definitely would stay there again.

Estuvimos dos dias. Nos organizaron una excursión al mercado flotante de Cai Rang. Tiene muchas ventajas, ya que al tener su propio embarcadero, sales directamente. El chico que nos organizó todo, vino de guía y nos hizo un recorrido que incluía un desayuno en el barquito, qye comprabamos en el propio mercado, con café, o coco, bocadillos y noodles. Luego subimos a otra barca a comer frutas, con el propio guia. También visitamos una pequeña factoría donde enseñan como hacen los fideos de arroz e incluso fuimos a ver una casa donde cultivan su propio cacao y lo preparan de forma artesanal. Muy bien explicado y organizado!
