Mid-range hotel, friendly staff, especially the cleaners. Room cleaning is mediocre, they don't really try, they make the bed and that's it. Towels are replaced when you ask. Linen and towels are clean, but far from new. Food is a standard buffet with basically the same menu, but there is plenty to choose from every day. We didn't use the pool and spa, there was no water circulation. There were performances by artists, about an hour in the evening, retro repertoire, Beatles, etc. Most tourists are middle-aged and older, the hotel is quiet, young people will be bored. The sea is nearby, the city beach is sandy, a sunbed, a safe is paid. Out of the unpleasant, they put us in the wrong room that we paid for. After a long journey, I didn't argue and stayed in a double room. Overall everything is good, maybe I will come again

Buenos días. Les escribo con la mayor gratitud. Todos en el hotel fueron amables, competentes y profesionales. Noté que los camareros tienen mucho trabajo, pero siempre tienen una sonrisa, incluso cuando parecen cansados. Muchas gracias por la bienvenida y el trato que recibimos mi familia y yo. La comida es excelente, con variedad y calidad. Los recepcionistas siempre están disponibles para ayudar y siempre con buena actitud. ¿Qué se podría mejorar? En mi habitación (521), hay un fuerte olor proveniente de las tuberías del baño y gotea agua del aire acondicionado. El jacuzzi no funcionaba. Muchas gracias por todo. Que sean felices.

I spent 3 days here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. It was a pleasant hotel, very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We prefer it more lively but that’s just a personal preference. The food was decent for all inclusive and the alcohol was very good. My only small problem with the food was it wasn’t very warm it was just about warm enough. The rooms were nice and modern bathroom and shower very good. All the staff very friendly. The location was brilliant. Would I go back. Yes but only for a short break not main holidays

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring that the rooms and common areas were always well-maintained. Het was een fijne vakantie. Goed hotel mooi strand en mooie omgeving. Het eten in het hotel was goed, maar voor ons mocht er wel wat meer variatie. Was erg veel soorten pasta Tja en daar moet je van houden. De kamers waren schoon en goede bedden. De gemeenschappelijke ruimten, bijv. de toiletten in het souterrain waren schoon maar de ruimte mocht wel een opknapbeurt krijgen. Aan het strand kun je ligbedjes en een parasol huren, maar dat is niet goedkoop. Euro 18,50 voor 2 bedjes met 1 parasol. C'an Picafor is een leuk plaatsje waar s avonds veel te doen is. Alcudia is ook zeker een bezoek waard, ongeveer 30 min met de bus.
