Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

We stayed just 1 night as we were visiting family. Such a lovely stay, very spacious apartment & everything we needed. Lovely breakfast plenty on offer. We would definitely return & stay longer.

Free wifi means 1 hr free a day. No water, no amenities. Reception not very helpful.

What can I say except for wow. This has been the best hotel and holiday my self and my wife have been on, the hotel apartment we had was fantastic, spacious and clean and very comfortable and with a great kitchenette area, great size balcony with table and chairs and great views of the area and sea, the hotel grounds are spotless and very well kept and very spacious with lots of activities onsite to do, the pool is very large with a separate children's splash pool on the upper deck, and both pools are very clean and pleasant to use, the restaurant and bar areas and staff managed by Alicia are fantastic and faultless the food is 1st class for a buffet style restaurant with a wide range and plenty of it food for types of eaters, you will not go hungry when staying here, wide variety of drinks which are all unlimited if you are all inclusive, restaurant and bar staff are very friendly and helpful and speak many languages which is impressive as we can only speak essex lol, they have a large variety of entertainment for all ages during the day and evening and even have acts from outside of the hotel come in to do evening shows which are very good, this hotel caters for all age groups including families with small babies and children, they have a shop onsite, launderette bike hire, pool tables, table tennis, volley ball court, football court,spa with sauna, indoor pool, gym which looked well equipped, children's play area with a climbing frame. The area of Can Picafort is very clean, safe with loads of shops and bars, restaurants and only a 10min walk to beach which is also very clean and safe, and yes it does have seaweed on the beach in places its the beach and yes people have been complaining that it has seaweed on the beach what did they expect lol, the public transport is fantastic cheap and very reliable and frequent, and the local Can Picafort Express roadtrain is fantastic and a great way to see the area and is also cheap. My wife and I are very sad to be leaving, but we are leaving with our hearts and minds full of love and memories for this hotel, staff and the beautiful country of Mallorca which we will definitely be coming back to,

We are still here, honestly the hotel is good enough, their food is good enough, unless you have an allergy then they are sub par. I would have only given 4 stars, however, the animation team make it a solid 5 stars. To be honest the staff in general are awesome. I must shout out Paula, Mateo, Alberto, Jaun (the muscles from Spain) and Fabian, David and Alicia, but all the staff are great and always go above.

We stayed 4 nights at the end of April 25. Having had a difficult journey with flight delays and road closures we arrived very late and pretty exhausted. The hotel quickly lifted our spirits. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was modern and clean. The cooking facilities were acceptable for cooking simple meals, microwave, small hon, toaster and kettle. The beds were comfortable. Our bedroom was spacious. The main pool was cold as although it was a pleasant temperature to sunbathe it wasn't yet hot enough to heat the large pool. However, the indoor pool enabled us to swim and it was generally fairly quiet. We also enjoyed the gym. It is small but had enough to do a decent work out. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choices were good, something to please both adults and our teenage children. There is an Aldi 5 minutes walk away, so I was able to stick up on snacks and easy meals. We purchased drinks and 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 soft drinks came to around £8 to £12 which we felt was reasonable. We ate out in the evening a few times. We ate at a Pirate themed restaurant and a Jamaican one on the beach front. Both very enjoyable and reasonably priced. We spent time at the beautiful sandy beach. 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It was very quiet in April. We would certainly return to the resort and the hotel. For the price we paid I can't really fault the hotel.

The hotel was perfect. It was clean and beautiful The stuff was really nice. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Breakfast and dinner was full of various food. The location of hotel is near beach supermarket restaurants bars. I recommend and next time we will take this hotel
