This is my second time in Palma. I really like it here! This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. I chose a sea view room. The view is super good. The room is well heated. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic! Super satisfied!

Based on experiences of other 4* hotels on Mallorca, my expectations were higher than what was actually delivered. The room was on the small side but was very clean & comfortable with a superb sea view. Wifi in the room was excellent. The balcony could have done with a small parasol to provide some shade. The sun was on the balcony for most of the day so it did get very hot, even in October. There was no information in the room explaining the hotel facilities, not even the meal times. Food wise, the buffet restaurant was acceptable. The food was nice, well prepared and presented, but choices were not abundant. Mushrooms were available at breakfast only 2 days during our week's stay. It was difficult to find a table at times. There were plenty of unoccupied tables but they all had "Reserved" signs on them. They were never occupied whilst we were in the restaurant, so who knows? I found the food prices in the pool bar on the expensive side. It was also disappointing that there was no information about trips, places to visit etc readily available at reception. The reception staff were helpful but it would be nice to be able to see this type of information all together in a folder at reception. Overall, our stay was OK but didn’t meet our expectations.

Love the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere all around the hotel including the pool..we were here in May 2024 and back again in October 2024. The food is excellent and plentiful with loads of choice. Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable as are the pillows. We stayed with My Favourite Club option and all rooms have a fabulous view and exclusive use of the rooftop pool and loungers. We also had access to snacks, soft drinks, tea/coffee, fruit juice included in the price. Also a lovely seating area in the restaurant...never had any bother getting sun loungers and a nice chilled atmosphere around the pool where you can order drinks and food to enjoy by the pool. Staff all lovely and helpful Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fab break

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of quality drinks at the bar was disappointing. Only one beer on draught was a bit disappointing. They should offer more premium beers. Choice of wine by the glass could also be improved.

alles in allem ein sehr gutes hotel. perfekte lage für ausflüge auf der gesamten insel. zimmer mit balibett war im 1 stock und toll, weil direkter abgang zum pool. der allerdings sehr kurze öffnungszeiten hat. Das buffetfrühstück und -abendessen sind sehr gut in auswahl und geschmack.
